“Very good service - promptly delivered through PDP (which are a good carrier with sensible options once your package is en route) I bought a bag - which is great - but the packaging was good and included easy to understand return information - I'd use them again in a heart beat. Only downside was that they were not the cheapest price I found - but they did have it in stock for quick delivery.”

“Purchased a Fox Racing Flight helmet, it was easy to locate with an accurate & comprehensive description that made choice straightforward. I was impressed by the speed in which the order was processed and despatched. The helmet arrived well packaged and earlier than predicted (which was a bonus as I tend to leave ordering items I need until it is almost too late!). This was my first experience of dealing with Scotby Cycles, I prefer to work with smaller enterprises as they tend to demonstrate a better customer service - as proved admirably here. Will definitely be using them again.”

“I was very impressed by the Scotby Customer Service experience. The only thing that prevent 5 stars is that with my initial order I was informed to expect my parcel from 6th-9th Jan. As the 6th was a Friday I arranged to work from home, however the package came on Thursday 5th, a day early. Fortunately someone was in to receive it and what arrived was in excellent condition. I'll be using Scotby again I've no doubt.”

“I purchased Chapeau Cold Weather Warm Up Balm, as I suffer with really cold hands - Chilblains and Raynaulds during the winter months especially out on the bike, despite gloves etc... Thought I'd give this a go, unfortunately all it has done is inflame my chilblains further so clearly not meant for this purpose, plus I then managed to rub my eye with it on hands - not a good idea either, stung like crazy. I shall use on my calf muscles i'm sure it will moisturise if nothing else On a positive It does come in a very hipster bottle :0)”
