“Excellent service and shoes. Got a pair of FiveTen DLX shoes and the sizing is perfect (first time I've ever bought shoes online, so very relieved). The shoes are surprisingly comfy given they are quite stiff and feel very robust. I'm new to mtb so I can't compare with other models/makes. The service from Scotby is excellent, as I called to ask about sizing and left a message and one of the staff returned the call within an hour. I paid an extra £2.95 for next day delivery and the shoes arrived within 24 hours. This is a very different experience from another online retailer- I had waited 4 weeks for the shoes only to be told they would not arrive until the end of July and it was very difficult to contact the staff. So well done Scotby for operating so well during what is clearly a difficult time for retailers. Many thanks and more than happy to recommend you.”

“I bought a cycle helmet from you very recently via e bay. The item was accurately displayed and within my price range. I was pleased with the colour of the helmet but mainly it was light and comfortable to wear. The item arrived very quickly . With this kind of service I will certainly look you up should I need any other cycling item.”
