“Price good, information and updates timely and accurate, despatch and delivery quick. Couldn't fault the service from Scotby Cycles, only criticism would be levied at the courier. The package arrived quite the worse for wear, and the box inside housing my goggles had been squashed severely at some point during it's journey, thankfully the goggles were undamaged.”

“My experience with Scotby cycles was excellent. Starting with a comprehensive website and chat line with immediate response I was able to confirm the product that i was looking at was correct for me. In addition I was given clear simple advice regarding setting up the trainer when I received it. Delivery was excellent to the hour. On reflection a thoroughly positive experience from a well drilled retailer who was head and shoulders above others I tried.”

“I have been a customer of Scotby Cycles for several years now, and they are willing to do any job, even mending a puncture if I need it. Pleasant and efficient, they are handy for me, living on Moorhouse Road. They have a good variety of products, even if more expensive than some other shops, but I look out for their sales, and got a new cycling jacket recently, which was good value.”

“Bought Shimano bibbed tights due to an offer sent to me by Scotby Cycles. Wouldn't have bought them for the original price but couldn't resist the sale offer. The website is really easy to navigate and everything is straight forward for purchasing. Delivery was quick and I wasn't disappointed with the product. Excellent service.”
