“Excellent website with good choice and great images. Communication was quick when I needed to find out about delivery times and I recieved a postage update right to the door. Product as described with a no fuss return if the product was not the correct size..what moe could you ask for ! Would definately use this shop again.”

“Excellent customer care. Scotby cycles were fantastic. I ordered some pannier bag days before starting a cycle tour, counting on the 48 hour dispatch - and after 48 hours, I called to check their status - although dispatched on the day of ordering, through no fault of Scotby's the parcel had got stuck in the mail system. Understanding the urgency, a very helpful guy on the phone said he'd send a whole new set out that day, next day delivery, with no extra cost, so that I could be guaranteed some bags in time for my cycle tour. Above and beyond customer service leading to a great shopping experience :)”

“Got a pair of the new five ten 2016 impact mtb shoes in grey. Of course the shoes where perfect nothing else was expected. The thing about scotby cycles is that they are extremely fast in shipping and the price's are very fast. Customer service is in the high end with notifications about shipping ect I'm happy to buy from them again as soon as the new five ten Sam hill 4 is coming with the new 2016 sole Cheers Mark Philipsen Denmark”

“The 510 FR's are great, if you have used 510's in the past and had to put up with them falling to bits after a soaking, looks like those days are a thing of the past with these, construction etc is better. They are lighter, slimmer and are true to size. The grip with the FR sole against the Impact/DH isn't something you would notice with a pedal like the DMR Vault and can enable increased scope for foot movement with something like a Shimano Saint as standard with the lower pins. I use them for both XC/Trails to uplift days and general big bike riding. The Scotby site is very informative regarding the product, in this case 510 shoes and I would definitely buy from them again.”
