“Really well made shoe. Very comfy straight out the box. I found shoe to be true to fit. I am size 9 and the 9 fitted perfect. Originally ordered 9.5 as I read they were small made however they were far too big.”

“Second time I've purchased items from Scotby Cycles, on both occasions I've been impressed by their service which was prompt and helpful. On the more recent purchase, I'd changed my mind about something, and found them really helpful, changed the item without fuss or delay. As to their prices, the best for the items I'd found.”

Hi Tom, Thank you for your feedback about this. Now that we are using DPD for delivery we have become aware that our final two notifications - the "out for delivery" and "your item has been delivered" notifications are now quite unnecessary as DPD do a great job at keeping our customers in the loop as to where their packages are so we plan to disable these two notifications in the coming week. Hopefully, the next time you order from us we hopefully won't still be stuffing your inbox with delivery notifications! :) Thanks! Scotby Cycles

“I always prefer to buy from independent bike shops however I found your customer support to be almost superficial. I'm not convinced that the email I sent had been read before it was responded to and the flippant tone of the email was not something I would have expected. Needless to say I will not be recommending your store to fellow cyclists.”

It is understandably frustrating and I’m sorry that things didn’t work out as you had hoped.However you mistakenly ordered a gents bike when what you really wanted was a ladies bike. The bike we sent you was exactly as your ordered stated. We asked you to return the bike if you are not happy with it, which you did, and you were provided with an immediate no quibble refund as requested. Our intention is to always offer top customer service.
