“Good service, nice product, efficient delivery, very usable website. The product could have been wrapped a little better with more protection (but only because it was a helmet ), but the product didn't arrive damaged- so all good. Would buy from you again as a preference to support independent business.”

“I chose Scotby Cycles because they were the cheapest by £15 than other online stockists,even the bigger companies! The service and delivery (which was free!) was super quick. Unfortunately I had to send the trainers back as they were too small, returns was easy. I had a query so had to email them, they replied back the same day! I've since ordered another pair of trainers from them. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Scotby Cycles.”

“I highly recommend this cycle shop. Ordered a bike online on a Tuesday and it was delivered, as fully set up as it could be, on the Thursday. I was kept updated throughout. Absolutely fabulous customer service, thank you very much.”
