“I have bought several items from scotclans over the years without any problems. I ordered a tartan throw on 6th June 2017 which has still not arrived. This order was a tartan scarf ordered on 4th November 2017. I phoned after a month to see where it was and was told there was a problem but because the first order had not arrived they would send a more expensive scarf.Sadly arrived after the last posting day for Christmas. Amanda has been very pleasant and polite and apparently the throws are only produced once or twice a year but maybe this should be made clear as I have now been waiting for seven months.”

“Prompt responses to email queries. Although there was a mix up in what I'd ordered,(lightweight scarf ordered, but heavier lambswool scarf was made), I was notified immediately and asked if the heavier scarf was acceptable. I said yes and I'm very satisfied with that scarf and the brooch I ordered. Both items are of quality material and craftsmanship. I would order from your company again and recommend to others. thank you Sandra Arms”

“although my clan tartan is not made any more they originated from the Gordon clan.and the ancient Gordon dress tartan is practically the same.i found your web site very good to help me find the right tie.and am very pleased with the tie,which I will wear with pride.thank you peter”

“What a great company with whom to do business. My e-mails and concerns were addressed promptly and courteously. The shawl which was ordered as a Christmas present arrived on time and beautifully wrapped, and best of all, my daughter loved her gift.”

“Ordered products ( Fraser of Lovat Clan men neckties) are excellent : good qualiy, properly packed. I am very satisfied of my purchase at ScotClans. The only point which could be improvd is the delivery time which is a bit long, but I live in France, so.... I will come back soon, as I am an unconditional lover od Scotland !”

“I loved the scarf I ordered for my son for Christmas. Although it came after Christmas and I had to ship it to him (I didn't realize that it would take so long, my fault not Scot Clan's) I'm sure he will love it when he sees it! I am planning a trip to Scotland in the summber of 2019 with all my kids!”

“I recently found out that my ancestry goes back to the mid 18th Century, Murdochs of the Kingdom of Fife, therefore, I am allowed to wear the tartan of the Donald clan so I sent for a brooch made up of that tartan and my husband paid for it for Christmas for me. I am delighted with it, particularly as it was received well before Christmas and I will not hesitate to look at the ScotClans website if I wish to purchase anything else. Thank you.”
