Have placed an order which was due to arrive on 18th October. The items were birthday presents. Birthdays have passed items still not arrived. Daily texts apologising. No expected delivery date given. I have emailed constantly, i only ever get templated responses, that don’t give me a delivery date. The order was over £300. Any recommendations on what to do next?

Awful service in store and customer… Awful service in store and customer service , problems with some items I purchased also shop advertised majority of stock with sale tickets on then refuse to sell at sale price (as they didnt have time to remove 2 days previously!)meaning I had to put back some things what my son wanted and bought the rest I complained and was offered a gift card of £50 to compensate the difference of price I paid ,except gift card never came all I got was bs excuses via email and on their fb page awful service so I'm assuming they make these offers/good will gestures to temporarily please customers and shut them up so to speak but never actually has the intention to send out ,1 person says one thing another says opposite.ive never experienced such bad service or companies going back on their word ! Wont be using this company again

The level of service should be 0. Still waiting on an order 8 days after my email said it would arrive. No explanation. Beware of this company as there is no need for the terrible service. Iv had maybe 5/6 emails saying your order is on its way. Go elsewhere.

Lost seventy quid, never again. Courier delivered the item to a different address and I was unable to recover it. The seller refused a refund as the courier marked the item as delivered. Lost seventy quid, will never use this website again.

Scotts have clothes for sale on their website but when you order them they issue a refund saying order cancelled. When I emailed them back they said item was no longer in stock . I re-ordered it as received a further email saying item still in basket and to place order but again received refund as not in stock. Yet item is still on website 2weeks later. Wasting my time and theirs. Not sure what anyone gains from this??

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Placed a order on the 26th November over £100 worth of stuff for my husband for Christmas! Order is still not here. Still says order being processed! Emailed them twice no response. Filled a customer service form twice, just had the same automated response back. Fuming is a understatement. I wish I read the reviews first. Lesson learned. Worst customer service ever.

This company is shocking! 3 times they have cancelled my order and not let me know! I only found out they cancelled my previous order (which was Christmas Presents) as it was over a week and a half and my order still weren’t dispatched even though I was getting text messages saying to please bear with them as they are busy! I filled out 2 online customer forms and no one bothered to get back to me! Awful company service and company!

Shocking company. Ordered a Lacoste Jacket on the 10th October and still no goods. Tried tracking and order still being processed. Does this mean they sold me a jacket which didn't exist. Why Oh Why didn't I read their reviews. SWERVE this company unless you want to order your clothes now for the Xmas work party.

If I could score lower than 1 I would If I could score lower than 1 I would. This company is an absolute joke, never have I ever dealt with a company that cares so little about its customers. Ordered items totalling nearly £200 and still no signs of delivery. Sick to death of sending emails, currently on my tenth and still no answers. This company does not think twice about breaking its own terms and conditions so freely. Struggle to believe I can not cancel this order and claim a refund, pretty sure this must be some form of theft if a payment is taken and the goods have not been received and no indication of when the items will be sent. HORRENDOUS, only use these if you have money to throw away for no return. I now look forward to the copied and pasted response they will give me.

My order took 10 days longer than the email said it would arrive. The customer service is shocking. There are too many other good shops with excellent customer service and service in general. No point in even wasting your time with Scott’s. 0 points
