“Great, best price, turned up, car was loaded in 5 mins and gone, payment a few hours later, no problems at all, got 304 quid, local scrap yard had said 180 quid, so very pleased.”

Hi Stacey, Thank you for your feedback. We are an authorised ATF so we deal with the DVLA directly for you, hence why we require the V5. You should have received a copy of the Certificate of Destruction by email, which has also been issued directly with the DVLA for you. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder as it may sometimes be received there. If you cannot find it please give us a call on 0333 335 5482 and we will resend it to you. Hi Ray, Thank you for your honest feedback. We do apologise for any inconvenience to yourselves throughout the process of the removal of the vehicle. Our Terms & Conditions state that the vehicle needs to be complete with all original parts, which is the basis on which you receive the quote. Your Honda Civic as advised over the phone with one of our colleagues, unfortunately did not have the original most valuable part of the vehicle, hence the change of quotation. “I am not satisfied with the services of this company, we agreed on a completely different price and after taking the car, which was in working order, I was informed that I would not receive the agreed amount but a lower one. The company stated that one of the parts in this car was not original and after all I did not sell this car for use but for scrap, so I do not understand what this has to do with it. I waited several days for a bank transfer ... I do not recommend”
