“This company is robbing people off . Don't trust them. Soonest you agree with the price online ,they will come and take your car. Next day they will offer you less than half price for your car, when the car in there garage, Or they will tell you com collect your car if you don't agree for the price they offer you . They will say find your way to get your car back. Come recover your car. Those people is robing cars 🚗 Don't trust this company”

In our terms and conditions it states it has to be a complete vehicle with all original parts (please see here: https://scrapmycaronline.co.uk/terms-privacy/#1657797814926-03d6f9b2-b663), which is the basis you receive a quote on. Your Honda Civic did not have the most valuable part of the vehicle, as you were advised while on the phone with our office staff. As you did not agree with the quote reduction, we offered to store your vehicle while you found another company to collect directly from ourselves and we provided a deadline for this as it would be taking up space in our yard. When the vehicle was not collected by the deadline, the vehicle was dismantled as you were advised. “Had a an appointment for 1pm, with no show, no call when I rang the office and got the drivers number he said it would be more like 3, after 3 I get another call saying it would be later and to send everything via what's app and leave the car open for him to pick up. I could have done this in the first place, I had to cancel my plans. But the price is very good and payment was prompt.”

“After receiving a quote higher than any other, I submitted my details and waited for their call. They promised to contact me within four hours, but reached out the next day. Their friendly colleagues explained they could schedule the collection for the following week and would confirm closer to the date to ensure I still wanted to proceed. Upon confirmation, they said one of their drivers would call me closer to the collection time. On the day, the driver called 20 minutes before arrival. When he arrived (a very friendly guy), he took a picture of my driving license, explained they would handle all the paperwork, and assured me that payment would be in my account by that afternoon or the following morning. Everything went very smoothly. The only reason I deducted one star is due to my lack of understanding of the whole process. While it all went smoothly in hindsight, I would have preferred more detailed written information about when, where the pick-up would be, how the payment transaction would be processed, and how long it would take. This would have put my mind at ease and assured me that everything was on track during their otherwise seamless transaction.”
