“Arranged a pick up date and waited home, did not arrive due to reason of driver being over hours. I rang and arranged next day of which this time they arrived as planned and the process was easy and had the money on my account by the end of the day.”

“Scrap my car we’re very good. Communication very professional, e mail confirmation and contact with the collection driver. Arranged pick up there at the time agreed. Payment made into my account within 24 hours, all without any hassle.”

“Hello Its my first experience with the company and I really appreciate them for the quick response and very polite and helpful drivers.They came to help me in half an hour when my breakdown cover refused to come and check the car .I don’t have an option to scrap the car .I am not happy with the Garage as well they just took lot of money and car stopped in the road after 7 miles.Thanks to the all scrap my car online for help and quick payment.Thanks”

“All good. Gave a better price than others I contacted. Picked the car up as arranged. Communication could be a bit better, for example, an email stating that they have made the payment. I also had to ring a few times until the car was picked up but it wasn't any real problem. Would use again.”

“Happy with service good price, collection when said. Only thing that let it down was notifying DVLA they didn't do it even after 5 days. I ended up doing it myself. I cancelled my road tax first doing sorn just to give them a chance but still nothing done. Sould have been done immediately after collection.”

“I was happy with the price offered for my car. I was happy with the pick-up arrangements and the professionalism of the driver. I was happy with the pyment arrangements and the prompt payment. I would have prefered to have received a confirmation email that the car was being picked up the day before the pick-up and with an expected time of collection. As it was, I was given just 5 minutes notice of pick-up.”
