“This is an amazing product. I bought the small scratch kit. It works so well that when I put the paint on the first scratch it actually disappeared. I went out to put the second coat on and I couldn't even find it even using a flashlight. I was so thrilled it was so easy to put the paint on. I have never painted anything before and it was so easy. It came with all of the brushes and instructions. You cannot make a mistake with this paint. It matched perfectly. The price was so good, I was actually a little skeptical that it wasn't going to do a good job on my car. My car looks brand new. It's a 2003 Audi a4. These little bottle of paint is going to last for years. Thank you so much for this product, I can't thank you enough.”

“I ordered paint to touch up scratches on my mountain bike. I was very impressed with the detailed instructions and brushes that were sent to help make the scratch invisible as possible. I also contacted the support team about color matching and they replied right away and got me the correct paint. You can’t ask for a better company. Total quality and very responsive.”

“Paint was for a “historical” Ferrari color. PERFECT match, easy application and finished with clear coat. PERFECT touchup, can not find the repair. Highly recommend!”

“Great quality products, best price with fast shipping, knowledgeable and available customer service. If it sounds like I’m selling you on this company you are correct, is this customer survey part of a promotion answer is NO I paid full price and shipping for my products. ScratchHappens sales and service staff came to my aid when we discovered I had been given the incorrect paint number by the car dealership resulting in a botched repair. ScratchHappens staff told me there were two batch numbers for my White Frost Tri-Coat model news to me and the dealership, they quickly got me back on track. I am satisfied with the results so far; the repair is now a match. There is still some correcting plus buffing and polishing which has a suggested dry time of 90 days before I can post before and after photos. Word of advice, take a photo of your vehicle's paint code, GM usually in the glove pocket the number will not mean much to you, but ScratchHappens staff will decode and supply the correct paint.”

“My painting job did not turn out good at all. I think the problem was the grey primer being to dark to cover with the light green paint. Your phone calls to me were great and you tried to be helpful. I may let the dealership do it with a paint pen.”

“I've been dismayed by rocks flicked up by trucks, gravel roads or a strong wind sweeping the door open into the curb. Well, scratches happen and can't always avoid them but with my first new car, I don't want to make the same mistakes of getting rust and off-colored spots. The color 01F7 matched perfectly with my Prius having classic metallic silver. I'm really happy I went with this site after reading a lot of their positive reviews. The range of applicators was very helpful as well. As a side note, nothing negative, but my clear coat bottle came with a crack in the lid (delivery drivers aren't always careful, I recently saw one toss a package like a football across a yard onto a porch, no joke), but after mentioning it the company promptly sent me a replacement. So thank you ScratchesHappen, really appreciated that.”
