“The folks at ScratchesHappen are amazing. I made a dumb mistake when I ordered and not only did they correct my problem, but they didn’t even charge me for the extra time and effort that went into getting me the paint I needed! Incredible. “I ordered the complete kit,it came with primer, color and clear coat as well as an amazing assortment of applicators, buffing compound, and tack rag. Im very impressed with their product and will definitely buy from them in the future as the needs arise.”

“I torn between a couple companies that were offering this kind of product and I'm SO glad that if found this company. I emailed the company to get some clarification about how the process as I was having a bit of trouble. Adam, the owner and CEO was quick to respond. “I was beyond happy with the results of this touch up paint. I put a pretty bad scratch on my new car and I was so bummed. When I went back outside to check the drying process on the clear coat I had a hard time locating where the original scratch was. It was very deep down to the plastic in my rear bumper. It's nearly non existent now. The primer built up nicely and the clear coat worked amazing. Great stuff, highly recommended.”

“The paints match much better than OEM touch up paints. Follow the instructions for excellent results. Used on 2002 blue and 2003 black Thunderbird and I’d have to point out the repair at about a foot away for most people to see. AAA service!”

“I just used the kit on my wife's car. I followed the instructions, completely, and the results were amazing. I had watched YouTube videos from do it yourselfers using store bought touch up paint and my heart sank, seeing the terrible and still visible results. But using your product and following the directions has restored her car to near showroom condition. He car is nearly brand new and was scraped by a shopping cart. She was devastated. After I finished the job, she jumped up and down and cried with joy. Thank you, thank you for such a great product and detailed directions!”
