“The customer support I have experienced with this company as second to none. I had a small issue with one of the touchup paint bottles that I received, and Nadia fixed it right away. Very professional, very courteous and I am going to spread the word about this company to all of my biker friends. The paint itself matches my bikes paint perfectly. I especially love the selection of brushes that are included. I am so happy that I’ve chose this company instead of going to any other company. Thank you.”

“Today I used your Stealth Gray touch up paint on my 2023 Tesla Model S Plaid. This kit has everything I need and 100 times better than any other I’ve used in the past. I’ve owned Chevrolet sports cars and Mazda's. The touch up paint from those OEMs was impossible to get the results your kit does. The main reason is the lack of tools, the different brushes provided are necessary for the application of paint and primer. The OEM touch up bottles never had these options. Detailed instructions are also provided in the kit. I recommend this product and purchased the Elite kit. I'm very happy with the results of the touch up. The color match is perfect!! The application was easy with the tools provided; you can't go wrong with this selection. This company offers great quality products, thank you.”

“I just received some touch-up paint for my Mercedes. It is a perfect match for a tricky color. The paint comes with an assortment of different brushes and applicators that will work for almost any type of need. I am totally satisfied and will be coming back again. Also much less expensive than the dealership!”

“Bought a new Chevy Trax in feb, 2024, Fountain blue color. Go the requisite parking lot scratch. Never had any luck with touch up paint. Color was always off a bit. When it started the touch up with the scratches happen, the color was lighter and i didnt think it was a match. It dried and was an exact match. Cant even see it. Truly impressed!!”

“I received the scratch repair kit for my red Chrysler Pacifica this week. The instructions were clear and detailed. I was surprised to learn that there were two differnt paint bottles that are applied one after another to get a dimensional match. The result after I did this was a perfect! I was surpised and happy to see that they provided several each of three different brush sizes. The smallest was perfect for a very small ding and the larger one put down a smooth cleear coat. I can highly recommend this company. Thank you so much for the quality of your paint system.”

“I had a spot about 1" square. I bought very fine polishing paper had a fine art brush. When I was done it came out much better than I thought I could do. Like 90% and I am 90 years old. Made me feel good. Good stuff”

“Customer service is excellent! I had a lot of problems trying to find the right paint for my car. I purchased the complete kit, the paint was the right color but my paint has metal flake and what I received didn't. I contacted your company and explained the problem, a new bottle was sent to me in less than a weeks time. What was sent matched great! No hassle, no exchange, no questions and at no charge! I am very happy that I dealt with scratches happen and will recommend your company to anyone I know that needs to do some touching up. Thanks again, Joe Sharp”

“My two-month-old (leased!) car was keyed in a parking lot, whoever did it made sure to do 18+ inches of damage. I followed the instructions to the letter, and I'm shocked at how it easy it was to do, and how beautiful and virtually undetectable the results are. I wish I took a "before" photo to share, it's that remarkable!”

“My experience with ScratchesHappen has been great! I ordered a paint kit for my BMW and the paint match was absolutely spot on, better than any OEM touch up paint that I got from BMW. Their kit is so easy to use and they have thorough instructions online! I needed some help with polishing off the clear coat (I applied way too much) so I emailed their supposed with pics of my work and they replied to me with what I needed to do to blend it in and their suggestion worked! In summary great product and great customer service!”

“Your match for my 2022 Nissan Frontier Gun Metallic was spot on. I had Nissan's touch up in their tube/ paint pen and it would never mix well. The metallic would always separate giving a much lighter shade. After using yours, into the trash went Nissan's”
