SCREENWITHENVY ABSOLUTELY SCAM!!!!! We bought 2 posts , 2 basements and a screen in march. They posted basements scratched and the posts are damaged. Phoned many times and their line put your phone down after 2 minutes wait as noone available. Emailed them and sent pictures of faulty items, they said they will come back to us which i had to chase again as non of them bothered. Then we have been told by email that they gona refund. That never happened. Then when we have live chat "Sophie" (which is the company founder when i do research.) Again we have been told they gona replace our faulty items. Suprised suprised Never arrived. Then i had to chase it again which courier company blamed. But courier company TNT said theres nothing been post to my address. After many phone call attempts cant reach anyone. Then Emailed and they said sorry it will be post today which was in 11th april. Then 1 item arrived which says on box 2 of 2. So i have been waitng a week to 2nd one arrive but never came. After live chat talking Sophie said ohhh its been lost in the post again. I have contacted TNT with the number of my post code and the companyname with the code. It was shockinggggg TNT said they never gave the 1st item to courier. Then i asked if they can book TNT for 2 items to pick up and only give one, they said yes thats what exactly they did. Then i asked someone to call me on live chat lucky that someone phoned me and she was still blaming TNT. They blocked me on facebook and deleted all my comments. This website has to many bad reviews on social media. I still have not received all of my order made 14th February 2021. The lastest excuse is that they are out of stock. So that tells me hey are continuing to falsely advertise although trading standards have already said that they have been warned not to because so many customers have been complaining to them about this and they are not delivering orders by prioritising those who have been waiting the longest which is an unfair system. So where is the money going????? If they are taking it months ago but got no stock???? Probably funding the fat cat directors whose business model it is to train there customer service in spinning lies and peddling excuses to avoid taking any accountability while they spend your money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. You can’t trust this company. Like so many others, I placed an order in late March expecting, as advertised, that it would be delivered the next working day! The days went by and after many promises of ‘it will be sent tomorrow’ and ‘please wait 48 hours’ I finally had a delivery tracking number around a week and a half later. My parcel was supposedly shipped with Pallex, but the tracking information never changed until it was reset by the courier a few days later as it has never been shipped by SWE. I have email proof that SWE never even dispatched my order, but of course they did not admit this! Had I not have chased I would not have had any information at all and would have been waiting day in day out for a non existent pallet to arrive. Like so many other reviewers, I was fed lie after lie; I sent emails, live chat messages and Facebook messages daily to be told it was being looked into, it was already shipped etc etc before being told it had been ‘lost’ by Pallex. Following this, different representatives continued to tell me different things. My replacement parcel had both been shipped and was on hold at the same time. I was then told it was out of stock entirely! The only conclusion I can draw is that it was never sent at all, SWE are using the courier companies as a scapegoat and seemingly lying through their teeth. I can’t help but be incredibly disappointed that so many seem to have had a wonderful experience when there’s so much reportedly going wrong for others. It does make me question the ethics of invited reviews. I also watched as Facebook and Instagram comments from disgruntled customers were deleted by SWE to continue portraying themselves as a ‘positive’ company. I finally managed to secure a refund as my replacement order was never sent. This took many phone calls, messages and emails (even messages being purposefully deleted from the chat!!) but thankfully it was sorted. It’s a real shame as I was excited to have my panels up but just could not afford to be out of pocket and felt my trust in the company was lost after so much dishonesty and empty assurances.

Poor customer service, they don’t reply to either chat or e-Mail and when you do get in touch, they fob you off saying they will be with you next week... Joke of a company, please save your money..!!!!!!

Terrible after service, I'm guessing it's outsourced as there are many different agents involved and none of the emails I have received have continuity, two people replying to the same email with entirely different responses. Can't get through on the phone of webchat. Purchased screens, came days later, not next day as advertised, all damaged. Sent me replacements, all damaged. Now I've lost confidence in the product and I'm asking for a refund under the consumer rights act 2015 and they haven't responded to any of my emails. All very stressful. I have never dealt with such a disorganised company. The items are badly packaged and after reading loads of other reviews, they're not bothered because they don't do anything about it. It keeps on happening. The products are lovely if you're lucky enough to receive them in tact, so it's such a shame. They can only go so long before their reputation fails them. Next stop is to report to trading standards and contact the bank to start the chargeback process. Don't buy from them unless you want the drama.

Hi , really bad customer service so many different agents , no continuity, ordered screens , 2 arrived 1 still missing , they don’t phone , you cannot get through on the phone to them , no next day delivery it’s two weeks or more , no tracking , it’s all in correct, would not order again it’s too much hassle.still waiting for a call and refunds . I’ve lost £90 ,

Warming! It seems to be a scam. They take orders on a wide scale and don't deliver. Meanwhile they are still actively advertising on social media and taking on even more orders. The positive reviews online are fake and misleading. The cumstomer service is unavailable and not responding. No refunds are given. On top of this: they are now setting up companies in other countries, such as the Netherlands. They are shell companies. It has a fake address with no employees! This structure is meant to make sure victims can't recover damages. I have reported them to all relevant autorities in the Netherlands.

Ordered and assured next day delivery, which arrived 7 days later but incomplete. Bogus delivery tracking numbers were sent twice. Eventually after many hours of online chats emails and phone calls I was assured I would get them next day. They arrived eventually another 7 days after. A great product but would not use again due to customer service.

This business is a scam and have been reported to Trading Standards. Their positive reviews on other sites are fake and fed in to push the genuine feedback down the list. I haven’t received my order - it’s been 2 weeks. They’ve lied on 4 occasions and gave fake tracking information. The courier company has no record and asked for proof which Screen with Envy won’t provide. They refuse to cancel or refund leaving you stuck. It’s really stressful. Even their website pop-up that says ‘person from Reading just ordered a screen’ is fake! They have that same fake feature on the website of their recently dissolved company! They give the same lies to every customer (courier delays, will be with you in 48 hrs, etc). AVOID! This company is operating fraudulently with no stock to fulfil orders.

The worst customer experience I've ever… BE WARNED: They might well send your first order - or part of your first order - fast. Then - when you order again - or wait for the rest of your order to turn up - that's when the con happens. They take your money but you won't get the remainder of your order, or your next order. This is classic confidence trickery and manipulation. They sent me a third of my order but not the rest of it - almost £500 of screens. The "small family business" they declare themselves to be - is, in fact, a call centre. Every message you send them remains unread - but their bots fire off glib idiotic responses that totally miss the point. Honestly - it is jaw-droppingly appalling and stressful! If you phone - they cut your call off. Very occasionally you get through - and all the humans I spoke to were reluctant to help and quite rude too. Worst of all though - everyone I've spoken to at Screen with Envy has told me something totally different about my missing order! One of them said it was on the way. Another assured me it would be sent in a few days. I could go on. They're lying - and they've taken my money. Do not trust these people. I called the courier - and the tracking number Screen with Envy gave me is fake! I am now looking into legal representation. I've read the other reviews on here and realise that this is fraud! I think quite a few of us have been ripped off by them and we need to take it as far as we can.

ENTIRELY JARED OF WITH THE COMPANY, HAVING TO WAIT 2 MINITES ON THE PHONE IS A JOKE, CAN'T SPEAK TO PERSONALLY DELIVERED THE WRONG GOODS PROMISE THE EARTH AND NOT DELIVER THEIR PROMISES. WAITING FOR GOODS TO BE DELIVERD. HACKED OF. JL

Would give it no stars if I could....... ordered on 22 March 2021 - very helpful at the point of me ordering. Told items would be here within 1 working day. 14 April - still no order. Have emailed and called and been told my posts are out of stock, but will be delivered next week / tomorrow. This has to be a scam. Am reporting to trading standards for breech of distance selling regulation, and will be taking small claim court action if refund is not processed within 5 days

Have the same experience as other comments ,no next day delivery ,no customer contact that is acceptable ,phoned however no agent available.Told TNT had them but they don’t! Very disappointed so far .Think it may be a credit card dispute 😫

I have only put 1 star as no option to leave less on here. This company is a scam, they take your money and don't send the stock. I ordered and paid 4 weeks ago and have been fobbed off ever since. The customer service is a bot usually called Sophie. They hardly ever answer the phone but instead send you to an answer service that never call back. If you post on social media you will get blocked and the comment gets removed and so prospective customers do not get a true reflection of this company. Worst customer service ever PLEASE don't part with your money. I have reported to Trading Standards

Everything is wrong with this company!!!!! Their customer service is appalling!!!! They lie constantly saying the order is being processed!!!! Don’t believe a word they say! They’ll take your money but you won’t receive your order! AVOID
