Okay my last review on trustpilot flagged because order was in wife's name so it was removed & she does not have a trustpilot account but this is my true experience as well as my wife. I am writing again on this siteðŸ˜
Look at all the 1 star reviews rather than the INVITED 5 star ones on Trustpilot . All we can say is AVOID this company, they lie all the time, delay after delay & with us after 3 months we get what we ordered and the planter is good, it turned up without warning and tracking did not work. E mailed them to take their money because we did a chargeback but yet again 3 e mails and they have not taken it yet. Oh gosh this is the worst customer experience we have ever encountered, in fact today day 45 they e mail to say they tried to get money from bank and that case was closed, nope open and called bank and bank confirmed they had not tried to request money back”
“This is a completely crooked way of trading and by far the most difficult purchase of my whole life! On three separate occasions I was assured that the goods had been shipped and given fictitious tracking numbers. At one stage I was told that they had the goods in stock but there was nobody in the warehouse to pack them for the next week. Absolutely beyond belief for a mail order company who promise next day delivery. The emails received were very generic and presumably generated by bots. I eventually took to ringing on a daily basis and received nothing but repeated lies. One of the supposed ‘customer services’ people got upset at being referred to as lying, you wonder how they have the cheek to take money in a job where all they do is lie to irate customers all day long - there is plenty of honest toil about nowadays. Finally after reporting the company to the BBC Watchdog and threatening them with Trading Standards and the Small Claims Court etc the goods mysteriously arrived - 5 weeks late.
What a shame they carry on like this as the product is actually pretty good. The new anyangle post is invaluable for my particular project and the newer posts which are all Aluminium are far better than the previous ones whose steel based rusted very quickly. The only complaint is that the panels are rather flexible and would benefit from edge reinforcement along the longest side. I would give four stars for the product but it has to be one star for the absolutely shambolic customer service.
I would not trust their Trustpilot rating as they seem to have found how to ‘game’ that site with a suspicious number of invited five star reviews which somehow distort their overall star rating. Genuine good reviews for this company are few and far between.”

Ordered a radiator cover from here some months ago…..it took some months to arrive and although I’d paid for delivery within a week nothing materialised. I never got that fee back by the way! When it did arrive I thought I’d managed to get a product that I was successful in winning from a grabber machine in Blackpool! Battered and tired and none of the fittings quite worked. Screw this screw at point C…. Unfortunately point C was six inches away from where it should be. I was really excited by the look of what I was sold on Facebook. Complete let down from how long it took to deliver, to the quality and the customer support. How you can keep a tenner for fast delivery that took nearly 3 months is beyond me. I got quite vocal on Facebook about shocking you are as well and surprised…I’m now blocked from disliking or commenting. The email you sent me straight after I’d paid for premium delivery as well that set out how hard things are for you are the moment, what a joke. I was ok with waiting, things are tough but you are a scam company that take money and deliver absolute rubbish. I also would never complain but this is the worst company ever I have ever brought anything off. Your radiator cover is in the recycling bin, that seemed a little posh for it but it was that or the tip!”
“Do not order anything. Have had 5 weeks of hell and stress to get my money back. I am out of pocket as I had to pay £104.00 to return the rubbish they sent me. Dented scratched and a very poor botch job to touch up. Lie after lie of promises. Eventually realised I would be better going through paypalBeware, you might get my returned order. Never ever again.”
“Extremely slow delivery.
First order arrived within 2 days and buoyed by the reasonable quality and (almost) next day delivery we placed 2 more orders on 29/5 for more intricate products. To date, orders 2 and 3 still haven't arrived (7/6/21) and every email reply is nonsensical and doesnt address the questions asked. Finally contact SWE via their chat and they have promised delivery by tomorrow at the latest. Frankly, if these dont arrive then I'll be cancelling all orders. What's most annoying is that they've accepted for quite some time that there are courier issues however they still promise next day delivery on their website. Not a great way to run a business.
***Update to this (10/07/21); lots if excuses and promises to look into this. I've had responses of, it's got lost by the courier, we've sent out replacement products, it's out of stock, etc. We finally accepted we're being strung along so asked for a refund on our orders.
***Further update (14/07/21); its proving just as difficult to get a refund as it was to get our orders. After much emailing back and forth confirming yes we would like our money back, it has finally sunk in and one of our two orders has been confirmed as cancelled. Just have to wait 10-14 days for our money back. No idea why the second order cant be cancelled yet.
All in all, this company is a joke and the experience has been truly disappointing for us. Avoid and find somewhere else to spend your money.”

Weeks passed and nothing
So I emailed requesting a up date
Then looking at reviews from passed customers
They to have non existing tracking numbers and delivery texts
So I requested a full refund
And because now they have despatched another they can not refund
So despatched nothing on Hermes web site again!
So I can see months passing by and me requesting another refund
Customer service is awful
Avoid this company it’s a scam !”

- 3 weeks later, no screens
- call them, and the phone line goes dead after 10 mins
- online chat, got me no where, very unprofessional comments, like "I am sure they will come next week".
- generic emails sent out saying they are looking into it,
- impossible to talk to anybody
given up and claimed money back through paypal,

“Ordered in March 2021 nothing arrived by end of June 2021 despite many many promises it would be delivered, false tracking numbers, excuses of shipping problems, manufacturing problems etc. etc. In the end I asked to cancel the order and have a refund. Nothing happened. So I escalated to Paypal for a refund, only then did they start shipping my order and only in parts - not the entire order. I contacted them to ask why they are doing this, and they had the cheek to say because I had escalated to Paypal they couldn't talk to me. Just came across like they are buying time. Terrible company, mediocre products, terrible customer service.”
“NO CONTACT, 5 WEEKS NO REFUND
I purchased 7 screens as it was advertised 3 for 2. However I have payed full price for all. They failed to deliver next day delivery, so I came up and collected 4 days after purchase as they hadn’t even bothered to dispatch or notify me of the delay. They then gave me the wrong order and promise to send the right ones out next day delivery, I got my items 2 weeks later. The mistakes has cost me time and money.
They do not value the customers at all. I call up to speak to a manager or someone with authority and I fobbed off on the phone saying your busy. It’s appalling.
They’ve agreed to a refund of 10% discount but fail to process. It’s been 5 weeks.”
“Spent over £4,000 with them 9 months ago. About 3 months ago we noticed the composite fencing was cracking in several different places. Contacted them and they are refusing to replace any of the panels citing that it is general wear and tear. Avoid at all costs. Great Facebook presence but it is a gimmick. No one to provide customer support via telephone.”
“I am disgusted with this company. Ordered 2 screens a month ago, same old story as everyone else, that the courier had lost them. Got replacements sent but totally different colours. Told I would get a replacement but yet again told courier had sent back because they were damaged. Today they sent me £10 and told me to get a can of spray paint and paint them. Needless to say I sent the money back. It is a joke that they are in business and nothing is done about it.”
“Don't bother at all. The quality is horrible, cheap plastic sold at inflated prices. I should have asked for a sample so I can only blame myself. Hopefully, I will be able to save others from making the same mistake. Ask for a sample in order to avoid throwing your money away.”
