“ Horrible experience with Screwfix！ They call me 10 mins before the due delivery to tell me that the items are out of stock. I took the day off and made special arrangements for this ~ Very poor customer services and no clear customer communications or notifications at all. The guy on the phone was clueless and could only offer £10 for a massive mess up. Screwfix you are screwed, so get a grip！ ”
