“The delivery drivers Ian and Deon were excellent.couldn’t get onto site for them so telling you instead.punctual delivery kept us informed all the time.Very courteous drivers . We are very pleased with sofa. Mr and Mrs capes. sofa was delivered at 10am 20/05/2023”

“Excellent service from David SCS Swansea. He was very helpful and polite. He answered all the questions we asked about the table and chairs we purchased. He wasn’t pushy, which we really appreciated. For service we would mark him 10 out of 10.”

“So everyone complains as did we, however , SCS has come forward above & beyond! Tried to fix sofa which failed! Now offering a complete replacement, a full refund or new sofa upto same value!”

“Can't fault scs from ordering to delivery then I swapped the cuddle chair for an armchair with no problem, the customer care team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Will be definitely ordering again in the future. Keep up the good work scs. And thanks again.”

“I walked into your Chelmsford store and was welcomed by a member of staff. I was told to walk around and tell him if I liked any sofa. I choose a sofa and went back to the member of staff. He called over a lovely lady called Jackie. I showed her the sofa I liked. Jackie went through everything I wanted to know with me, in a very professional and knowledgeable way . (I purchased that sofa ) . Jackie is assert to your company.”

“Well what can I say , went straight into the Milton Keynes store Winter hill SCS . Met by Dave who I would say was outstanding and friendly ( was nice rather than the strong sales talk). More like a friend totally understood what I was looking for and my budget.I cannot fault the staff in SCS absolutely wonderful service. NO worries will pop in just to say hi thanks again.”

“I have to speak as I find and so far have nothing but praise for this company. Shopping for my suite in Norwich was a pleasure. Was not hassled or pushed to buy (as happens in many other shops). Was kept updated re my delivery which arrived exactly when expected and the delivery boys Michael and Stuart where quick and efficient. Well done SCS. Would use you again and recommend you.”

“Customer service staff helpful. Received call from Delivery team prior to acceptance. Turned up on time unwrapped sofa and put in place for me. Very friendly guys. What an I say I'm very 😊 happy. My ref BAS 049 609. These guys deserve a bonus.”

“Keegan and Carl delivered my sofas.very efficient with phone calls saying where they were plus saw we had new flooring so laid all blankets down .what thoughtful young men.well done for your hard work. Just brilliant service”
