I purchased a ticket france-vietnam 1 day before the flight (Toulouse-Ho chi minh). My trip booked 2 company that dont work together for this trip 1) luftansa for toulouse to new delhi 2) Indigo for New Deli - Ho chi Minh I was refused at the airport because to take this flight you need a visa for india that you cannot have within less then 3 days. I lost 700 USD for this one way with 0 refund and after spending 1 day with customer service they mention it's not their fault even if it's not written on their site that you need a visa for a transit time.. Huge scam and many people have the same issue. I was a regular customer. Never again

My booking no. 1030-436-865 from mytrip. Till now after 1 month they did not update any information about refund. They are so careless about customer. I will not recommend to anyone. Please do't book from mytrip. Thank you

This company is a total ripoff. I made a minor typo when booking a flight, discovered the mistake a minute after the booking then tried to correct the mistake, (booked entered the wrong month for the flight), they insisted on change fees that were about 100% of the ticket. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! This happened 1/6/25, order number 1042-151-804 in case anyone from Mytrip wants to verify the ripoff. I rebooked with the airline directly, ended up paying 2X for the travel. I hate a service that will not let you correct a mistake minutes after booking. A reaonable fee for service is fine but this is unacceptable. Please expect f=lots of negative reviews and lost customers.

Booking number 1009-243-708 Fraudsters - with a broken leg and purchased long legs - I did not receive this service and suffered a 10-hour flight due to mytrip's fault. SCAMMERS.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH THEM. Very scammy company. I bought a fast track pass for the airport with them 3 times, 2 of those times it didn't even allow me to use it and I even ended up missing my flight the second time, on top of that, by accepting the terms and conditions I guess they got me into a subscription service they have and they charged me 79€ for absolutely no reason with n o accepting on my side. Their chat representatives are also very unhelpful, just spitting standard messages and now actually talking or developing any conversation, I urge everyone to be aware of this company.

Worst site and they can literally steal your money,I was eligible for a refund ,recieved the email with the discount code for it ,but it never worked I waited till now for 3 weeks to get this fixed and it's not yet!! Now I have to pay for a whole new ticket for three passengers !!!

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid Mytrip.com I had an absolutely terrible experience with Mytrip.com. I booked tickets for my wife and me to travel from Istanbul to Riyadh to attend a close friend’s engagement. Unfortunately, the engagement was postponed due to his family members' visa issues, which were entirely out of our control. I requested a special refund from Mytrip.com, considering the unforeseen circumstances, but they coldly rejected it without any effort to assist or empathize. Frustrated, I contacted the airline directly, only to find out that a refund was indeed possible, but the agent (Mytrip.com) had to initiate the process. When I brought this to Mytrip.com’s attention, they outright refused to cooperate and kept dodging their responsibility to contact the airline. It’s infuriating how they prioritize making profits over providing basic customer support or showing any humanity in exceptional situations like this. Their behavior is shameful and unprofessional. I expected much better service from a so-called travel agency. Save yourself the trouble and book directly with the airlines or a more reputable agency. Mytrip.com is a nightmare to deal with. How pitiful and disappointing! Avoid at all costs.

If I could give 0 , I would have done so. Classic bait and switch is the way they work. Booked flights with them , on the website it showed a certain amount and clearly said you pay $1450 odd for the flights and when you press pay after credit card details it switches the number. They charged me $1000 over. When I called in within mins they said well that’s what always happens. Now either keep the ticket or we will charge you cancellation charges and various other terms and conditions. No managers available to talk. They accepted that the website did show me the lower number after pulling up history to. Bait and switch is the way they work. Felt bad for the customer service agent as he was patient but clearly knew what the company is doing.

This is the worst flight agency in the world. Please don’t trust them if they say “your case has been escalated by the Concern Department. It has been over one month and my request was delayed and nobody cares. I finally decided to sue them! I will let them bankrupt. Let’s see

My wife was scammed by trip online ,for 80 pounds and when she called them to get refund they tried to take another 80 pounds fro her account,so we cancelled her card ,now they can't take any money, scam ,avoid AVOID ,

Terrible company. Try to avoid buying tickets with them and go directly to airlines. My ticket could not be found in the system and I had buy another one to be let in the jet. I was trying to get refund and they redirected me to airlines. After weeks of calling (non toll free numbers) and writing to them, Airlines had issued a refund and now, MyTrip is telling me they are charging USD 44 fees per person on the refunded amount.

Untrustworthy company. A bunch of liars, cheats and swindlers!! For more than a year, they have been running a continuous series of lies and scams for the sake of avoiding refunding me money that I am owed for flight cancellations. Scammers and fraudsters of the highest level. And there is no one to really talk to. You are zero!

Mytrips took 480$ from me and my flights with spirit were unable to be confirmed. Contacted customer service several times which seems to pretty much always end in decline of refunds without much thought put into any of it. Will never use again and I hope they go out of business sometime soon.

FRAUD - Avoid at any case! Everything is ok, until you buy a ticket from them. Then all your plans end up in the bin. No support at all. Over the phone and the chat there are only bots. Once your original flight gets changed (and this is the case in 99% of the flights), everything you will get are flights with days between connections or flights that do not have a return to your originally bought return destination. Everything you are going to get will lead to rising a refund request and then you realize that the fee for MyTrip is 75% of the amount that the airline is obliged to refund by law.

Mytrip has cause me nothing but absolute turmoil! Avoided at all costs. 6 days before my flight I was sent an email to say all 4 of my flights are canceled. I have not been contacted further. No help offered, no refund, no assistance whatsoever. All contact numbers don't even exist, don't work, and are disconnected. I have no way of getting home for the festive holiday now, I have no way of being with my family and I also don't have money to survive here being short of 14000 rand. IT IS A HUGE SCAM!!!! I will not rest until I am compensated. They have absolutely ruined Christmas for me!! My children don't get to see there mom for Christmas. So thank you very much to my trip for there useless pathetic customer care.

Disappointing Experience with MyTrip and Customer Service Three months ago, I booked a business class ticket through MyTrip, but upon arrival at the airport, I was told by the airline staff that I had been issued an economy ticket—despite showing them my booking confirmation and the price I had paid for business class. Naturally, I was frustrated and immediately contacted MyTrip's customer service to resolve the issue. Since then, I've reached out a total of eight times, each time being told that my reimbursement request is "under process." It's incredibly frustrating to be stuck in a cycle of repeated promises with no resolution. It has now been three months, and I'm still receiving the same vague response from customer service, while I am left to bear the consequences of their mistake. I expected much better from a service that handles such important transactions. I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking through MyTrip, as their customer service and follow-through on resolving issues are severely lacking.

Scammers!!!! Booked through their website on 02/12/2024 business class one way travel for 31/12/2024 Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City. Once i entered card information and bank verification code i got error msg saying there was an issue. I rang them repeatedly since then always with different excuses including that my card wasn't charged because I had insufficient funds! The money literally came out under an Amsterdam named company. They promised twice to investigate and contact me, nothing ever happened. Reported them to Asic and filed for criminal charges
