“Amazing head massage, great cut and amazing blow dry!”

“The trainee who washed my hair was professional and courteous, and very good at washing my hair and the head massage. No water on my face, just the right amount of pressure and perfect water temperature. I was very impressed, as it's quite rare to get this level of service. It might seem like a small thing but it's an important part of the overall experience. It's also especially important to me as I'm on a fairly low wage and it's a treat for me to come here. She'll go far! Girl had straight, shoulder-length dark blonde hair.”

“I always visit the Wimbledon branch, and always gets Kirsty to do my hair and my mother hair. Kirsty is amazing and won't get my hair done by anyone else. I have no moved out of London and there is no seanhanna in my new area I'm happy to travel back to London just to get my hair done by such a fabulous stylist who always leaves me feeling amazing.”

“Jade at Epsom did the colour on my hair and as always it looks brilliant!!!! However while I was having my hair rinsed I had a call from my daughters school to say she had had a nasty accident in the playground, cut her head and needed to get to A&E. I cannot thank the staff in the salon enough for what they did next - they realised that something was wrong, comforted me, 2 of them washed my hair at the same time to hurry up the process, let me towel dry my hair and literally run out the salon back home - they said not to worry about paying then and to give them a call the next day to pay. They were amazing - they did a lot more than you would expect of a salon and when I popped in the next day with my daughter, they were delightful and made her feel very special. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!”

“Loved the service and continued service from Tom and Holly at the Putney branch. Afro hair can be challenging and both Tom and Holly put me at ease and gave me great advice. A lengthy procedure (5 hours) and very expensive but well worth it. The Brazilian blow-out is still working! Have since phoned back several times for further advice and Tom has happily (patiently) talked me through 'what next'. Thanx guys Davina”

“Matt was very helpful and gave me some great suggestions to get my hair in the condition I want. He went through products and gave great advice. He also put my hair in a lovely plait at the end, which I favoured over having it blow dried which was useful.”

“We've all heard of the expression "The just left the salon feel" well I experienced that yesterday on my trip to the Sutton branch. It was my first visit and Kerry made me feel very welcome and gave me an amazing wash and blow dry ready for the wedding I was going to later. I came away feeling amazing with beautiful curls which have lasted! Would definitely recommend a friend. Thank you”

“I have been having my hair styled by Scott at the Epsom Salon for the past 2 years. He is brilliant, and my husband and friends comment each time on how well my hair has been cut. I feel so relaxed and well looked after when I attend and Janet on reception is very friendly and professional too. Thank you everyone.”

“Had a lovely experience after a long time...The hair dresser was friendly and gave me a beautiful hair cut after listening to what my requirement was and adding in her useful opinions. I will definitely come back to Sean Hanna at Sutton.”

“Rebecca at the Putney Salon, is very, very good. I have been getting my hair cut and coloured for a couple of years now by her, and she is always very conscientious, hard working and professional. She is an asset to the team and does a great job. I have asked her manager to take this feedback into her appraisal/bonus scheme, in hope that she can be rewarded/recognised for her work. Kerry-Ann”

“I find the haridressers professional and hair cut etc was very good. But on the last couple of occasions the girls who wash hair aren't that professional... I get the impression they are talking about clients and being bitchy... there are two who have an attitude! One in particular... I have to say this is the first time in years of going that I want to not come back.. I pay good money and come out feeling like a leper... not good!! This is Worcester park salon!”

“My 6-year-old daughter and I had our hair cut by Lily at the Cambridge salon. Lily did a brilliant job with our hair (particularly mine, which was badly in need of a colour and tidy up) and she was wonderful with my daughter who really loved chatting to her. The atmosphere in the salon is fun and relaxed, and the overall experience was lovely. Thanks very much!”
