“Customer Service was outstanding. I had a couple issues originally with shipping my textbooks out since I don’t have a UPS Store near me. The customer service team made it a seamless and effortless transaction for me. Not to mention I got the best buyback price I could find anywhere online and they plant trees for every textbook bought back. Couldn’t recommend this program highly enough!”

“It was great experience donated books and pick up was offered at a time and day preference that can work best for you. And on the pick up day you get a friendly text letting you know how soon the pick up will be.”
