“I absolutely love my linen sheet. I use it between me and our duvet. Being of a 'certain age' my temperature fluctuates overnight so it is ideal. It is so soft and lovely quality linen. The process of procuring and receiving my parcel was faultless, even in these uncertain times.”

“I've developed an obsession with Secret Linen's 600 thread count cotton. It is to die for; super soft and luxurious, and incredibly good value versus other very well known brands. I've just order another set to make sure I'm never without. Customer service is also top end; there was an issue with a pillow case in one of my previous orders (it had a pull) and it was exchanged without quibble and at my convenience.”

“I ordered pure linen bedding and I’m happy to say that it is absolutely lovely. Light, airy, soft and it’s been washed now a number of times and there’s no detriment to the colour or construction so it would appear to be good quality and durable. It has got noticeably softer since we first got it which is a feature of linen and part of the reason we chose it. Swift delivery and nicely packaged in recyclable packaging and no plastic. Kept informed regarding the order by email. Very happy with the purchase and the service. 5 stars!”

“Wonderfully packaged, dreamy to sleep in, on and under. I’ve been a repeat customer for a few years now and highly recommend. Couldn’t rate their customer service as I’ve never had to use it. I imagine it’d be as great as their products though.”

“Our first order arrived damaged, the fabric had large bleached areas in the dye. It was speedily replaced, the second duvet cover had a significantly large fault in the weave, like a long tear. This is just so disappointing. I would not expect any quality product to have such faults. I assume this company has very little quality control. This should not happen at all, especially when I am led to believe I am purchasing a top quality product. Cannot recommend this company at all.”

“Beautiful products, excellent quality! My only negative point is the choice of delivery company DPD is very expensive to Northern Ireland despite being part of the United Kingdom! Other delivery companies do not charge this much.”
