“I cancelled my order due to Your poor delivery company having taken a day off work I received an email late in the afternoon saying Muktar is unable t deliver today and will try tomorrow After waiting 2 weeks for this package I called your company and the lady I spoke to showed no interest at all that you lost a customer Hey ho”

“I have been married 36 years and always used Egyptian cotton bed linen which needed ironing. I used to iron them on my Aga as I was a bit lazy. I’m moving house and will no longer have the Aga to fold and press my sheets on which are now a bit thin!! I wanted a lovely soft attractive and “cool” in every sense of the word substitute which did not need ironing. I hit the jackpot with Secret Linen my first order of a full set of beautiful old rose bed linen and an indulgent set of on trend grey. We have slept in them they are delicious, so soft and comfortable, they look amazing. I could not resist having them on all the beds so had to buy another set this time to my delight I found the mustard yellow. My linen cupboard looks so nice I have to keep opening it. It was even exciting to unpack, each item tied like a special present with your woven cotton ribbon. Well done you. I’m thrilled and happy to leave this review. Everything was delivered to me in Jersey it arrived really quickly by courier who were very efficient. It was very easy to place the order and I can see the quality is exceptional and will clearly last to be inherited by the next generation. Also a delight to find a tea bag as a nice surprise in a little envelope! I could not ask for more. Many thanks Laurraine”
