“Another wonderful purchase from the Secret Linen Store; a real treat and a pleasure to deal with. Every order I have placed has been done with ease and you can tell that there is a real sense of love with the products and how they are packed. Would highly recommend to anyone! My favourite has to be the thin stripe blue duvet and sheets; the quality and feel makes you feel like you're on holiday. PERFECT - thank you. Keep doing what your are doing as you have a great products, a great business model and outstanding customer service.”

“Lovely quality and attractive packaging. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is that at the time of ordering during the lockdown, this website stood out as being able to deliver within 5 days (unlike competitors) This was a strong reason for placing my order. I was therefore irritated to receive an email shortly after ordering giving an amended delivery window of 2-3 weeks. I understand that circumstances have been difficult during lockdown, and perhaps I am being unduly cynical and unfair, but it felt like a ploy to get my order. As a gift intended for a birthday, it was disappointing to receive the order 2 weeks too late, even though it is a good product.”
