“Just terrific - beautiful bedding (Luxury 600 Thread Count White Stripe Bed Linen). So good that I replaced all my previous bedding with it (though it didn’t really need replacing)”

“Store is good but last duvet set I bought I did not like. It was linen and scratchy, not soft to sleep on. Used one night then took off, re washed but just the same so gave away.”

“As yet we have not received the order. While I am told the bedding is wonderful I wouldn’t know. You did say that you would get back to us but we are still waiting this order was placed in time for Christmas. It’s now 19/1/21 I really would like to write a review of the bedding not the lack of it.”

“Fab service, had a small issue with one of our items, let the company know and they immediately arranged for a swap and 4 days later I had a brand new sheet and the courier took away the old sheet at Secret Linen want to look into the defect to try and stop it from happening again. Couldn't ask for anymore really!”

“Such a lovely company to deal with. I ordered the teal linen and they sent me duck egg by mistake. One quick phone call to a very friendly and helpful person, and less than 24 hours later I had the correct colour (which I love, and which seems to be very good quality) and the wrong one had been collected at the same time. They also included a hand written note of apology. Combined with the beautiful presentation of the products in the package, this really feels like a company that cares about it's customers and wants to please them. Mistakes happen, but when they're dealt with like this it's really no big deal, and it leaves a very good impression.”

“We have two duvet covers, the French 100% linen and the coastal stripe cover. Both are luxuriously comfortable and soft. My only complaint is that after less than a year of owning the coastal stripe cover, FIVE buttons have broken off, leaving just the two at either corner to hold this together. Given the cost of the duvets, I'd expect much better quality across the whole item, not just the fabric.”
