“I was very impressed with my first purchase of linen bedding - loved the vibrant colour (bright mustard yellow), the quality, and the customer service. Having decided I really liked linen bedding, I decided to look around at other companies as well for another set, just to see what else was available for a change...I even sent for some samples. But the quality of the samples were nothing like the quality of bedding I had bought from Secret Linen Store. So I promptly bought another set of linen from Secret Linen. As for colour? Bright mustard yellow again - it makes me smile every day! I just feel sorry for people who buy linen bedding at some other companies without knowing the quality of yours.”

“Recently bought a gorgeous duvet cover and after one wash it ripped at a seam. Secret Linen immediately arranged a DPD courier to collect the faulty item and swap it with a new one. Extremely efficient and would certainly purchase from them again.”

“Loved my linen bedding and really pleased that if the duvet is dried carefully ironing is not necessary. However I regretted buying the Oxford pillowcases which do need ironing, the house wife ones look better”

“The bedding I ordered for our holiday let was beautiful. There was a slight flaw on one pillowcase but a replacement was sent to me the very next day. The customer care and service is outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending Secret Linen store to family and friends.”

“The quality of fabric and manufacture are superb and the bed set was received in good time via post. The sizing is generously perfect and the colour was exactly as expected and depicted as indicated on the website photos. Pricing was in line with other linen bed sets and the added bonus was Secret Linen Store's eco concerns. The company seems to try its best to be eco aware with regards its manufacturing and packaging processes.”

“We absolutely adore our new bedding! It is more expensive than your average polycotton bedding, but it is so worthwhile. The linen is of a high quality and is extremely comfortable next to your skin. It washes easily, doesn't require ironing as you can easily smooth it down and fold it. I love the deep, rich colours too. Both my orders have arrived promptly. It just feels as though this company really cares for it's customers.”

“Absolutely gorgeous quality linen duvet set, superior to a similar one I have from another brand. Only one thing I'd say is that the fabric conditioner you recommend isn't great, much prefer the effects of the Ecover conditioner on my linen (but this is obviously nothing to do with your product!)”

“I found thei attitude of the staff excellent and very helpful. All samples were sent quickly and also contained a hand written note - lovely. Product quality is very very good. Better then The John Lewis items I have had in the past.”

“Prompt service. Plenty of information about products. Reasonable range of colours and patterns. I am not the greatest fan of pale colours, but found a cover I really like. At last a cover that fits my vast duvet! Well done Secret Linen Store.”
