“We purchased an Emperor size duvet, duvet cover and pillowcases have been thrilled by the quality of all of these items items. The items arrived beautifully packaged and on time, even though we placed our order during the lockdown period. We would highly recommend using the Secret Linen Store, you will not be disappointed. Clearly a company that is strongly customer/service focused.”

“Purchased a new bed, needed new sheets. I researched several suppliers, and indeed bought from several supplies (it was the sale season). What drew me to the Secret Linen Store was the colours of the sheets. Of the 3 different sets I bought in that period, I find the texture, the quality of the linen, of Secret Linen Store's sheets the most comforting. When I purchased a 2nd duvet cover, the wrong product was delivered. I hate returning things, but the delivery was handled in a very friendly and (for me) surprisingly rapid manner, so that I had the new duvet cover I ordered on my bed within a week. I would definitely buy from SLS again, and recommend them. I'll just add that I rarely write reviews, but was happy to have a chance to give credit to this supplier.”
