“Only order if you’re sure you’re keeping the items. Ordering from different suppliers have to be sent to those. You pay for one but finish up with vouchers that don’t work, pathetic return system isn’t with the trouble”

However, on hindsight and later looking around, found that I could have purchased the same products in boxes for less than the price I’d paid……around £2+ less than paid per item and free delivery too.
Thus, don’t think I’ll be using this retailer/site any further.

“Please i was scammed of $405,000 to a fake crypto trading site which after i was scammed i needed a serious help for my money back which unlucky for me i fell for a fake recovery company which scammed me $12,000. Belive me the whole situation got me frustrated and i was in bitter tears becuse i lost both my life savings. a month after of depression i was scrolling on a site on the internet on "Scam Detector" which i saw a review of a lady on the site giving testimony on how her crypto funds was recovered successfully, i was thinking if I'm going to fall for another recovery scam again but something truly moved me to contact the recovery manager that helped the lady recover her scammed funds... i contacted the recovery company manager via the manager email id, after few hours the gave me feedback asking me how I found them and who referred me. I told them how I got in contact with them, the demanded to send every details on how I was scammed, I sent to them and after 24 hours the gave me a trace result from my details specifying is possible to recover my scammed money.. the only need to upgrade my account from a basic account to TPM account so as for me to make withdrawals to my bank account, the charged me to pay $5,600 before they can upgrade and withdrawal my funds, i paid the charge fee of $5,600 because my scammed funds was much. according to them the said the higher your scammed funds the higher your TPM upgrade charge fee..I was stranded and afraid due to my condition, I took the risk to sale my car just to raise and pay them for the TPM upgrade immediately and I paid it in 48 hours my $405,000 was transferred to my bank account successfully and when I received my money back, I was in tears to be sincere with you and in shock too till date. “Terrible customer service and missing items they won’t admit fault by saying they have not sent the items but won’t to blame Royal Mail and open investigation on the poor man at Royal Mail place order on 6 t shirt on 2 separate days 4 arrived and 2 didn’t but they say a tracking system shows all 6 came why then would I question and go back and forth for £66 I don’t have the time”

“Never use the company again be warned everyone, ordered 6 pairs Mens shoes for a wedding party. Unsuitable so I returned all six pairs, I noticed they had refunded me for two so got on to customer service, what a joke no help at all, all they kept saying was that I only returned 4 pairs, but they only refunded for two anyway. Had to go through PayPal in the end and managed to get a refund, waited almost two weeks though waiting for secret sales to put there case forward but nothing. “I've purchased shoes from their website last month, but were not the quality I expected them to be (they seemed completely different to the converse I would normally buy locally). I've returned them on 26th of January, using their EVRI QR code, yet I still have not received my refund, it's been over 2 weeks! This is outrageous. Not only that they've kept the delivery cost, they also then charged me for creating a return label (I've never dealt with company who would do such thing), and now my refund is taking over 2 weeks! Stay away from that company, my money has been STOLEN.”

Returns portal DOES NOT WORK sent emails ,tried phone number,which doesn't work and I'm stuck with £88.99 worth of stuff which is no good to me ! I never had these problems before and have bought many things over the years so clearly something's changed ? And as usual it's always at the cost of the poor consumer.
