However, on hindsight and later looking around, found that I could have purchased the same products in boxes for less than the price I’d paid……around £2+ less than paid per item and free delivery too.

“I bought sunglasses using Secretsales website and had delivery from a third party. I have returned the sunglasses and now having difficulties getting my refund. All communication is through Secretsales to the third party. Its now over 3 weeks of emails and still no refund. Its now getting ridiculous dealing with Secretsales.”
“Customer service poor. When the item didn't arrive on schedule, they'd taken payment yet Royal Mail Track and Trace was still saying it was waiting to receive it I emailed CS. They replied, apologised and said they would contact the supplier and come back to me. Since then, silence. I sent another 4 emails following up. The 'we're here for you' link in their email boilerplate is broken. Webchat just loops back to my order. Messenger link wants you to download an app and I really don't want to waste data and sharey personal info with another company just to be able to query and order. Item eventually did arrive but quality not great. Only not returning it as can't face even more hassle from them.”

“I ordered and paid for boots on 4th September. Should have received these on 14th Sept. but still waiting. This company does not inform customers about delays. I have had to constantly chase them up. Now being told the boots should be despatched on 22nd Sept.
I love their website, but not their customer service or delivery - should that be non-delivery!”
