“I rented a storage room on 4/1/2025, when I arrived Sherrill was at the desk ready to help register me. She was so kind, professional and helpful. So helpful that she carried some of my items as she showed me to my room. What a wonderful experience. Also the gentleman who I believe was the manager was just as kind, professional and very nice.”

“Both Ms.Diana and Stephanie were great. They both assisted with getting me set up with a unit. I was shown the facility and given all details and prices. Ms Diana also provided assistance during move in. Overall great experience.”

“Kim was very nice and helpful! Great person to represent your company. As for a complaint, it’s doesn’t make any sense to have electrical outlets but you have them zip tied! While we have our rigs there it would be nice to be able to plug in while we’re doing things. You might as well take them out!”

“Excellent customer service. Always on top of things. I came in to day find out about moving into a larger size space. Puna was so very patient with helping me as I went back and fourth looking around and trying to decide on the best location for parking, doors and close to my other space.
