“Front office staff was awesome. Super friendly and helpful. Building is new and clean in easy to access location. Price offered for the unit is considerably less than what I was paying elsewhere. Downsides are fairly minor. The keypad on the gate that I enter can not be reached from the car - you have to get out of the car then climb back in and drive in or out. There are only two parking spots available at the closest entrance to my unit. Wasn't a problem when I was there but I imagine it could be as the facility gets more tenants or on a busy day. The units have roll-up doors rather than swing doors. I'm using the unit to store boxes of records and because the roll-up doors have parts that jut out on the inside, I can't stack boxes too close to the front of the unit or the door won't slide down. Didn't have this issue with a swing door unit. All in all, I'm very happy with the unit for the price.”
