“This is the second time I've rented a storage unit from SecureSpace in Palm Harbor in the past year. I only needed short term (2-months) but needed it to be clean and temperature controlled. Their facilities fit the bill perfectly! Loved the carts they provided to move our items. Janelle was a huge help with getting a refund on a lock we were charged for and was able to easily resolve an issue we had with our account. Her follow-up was on point, I've rented from other storage units in the past and never had such prompt and courteous interactions with management that ran the. Great job Janelle!”
