“This is my first experience with renting a storage space. Based on my requirements and the time/effort Janelle put into making it a good experience I give her/them high marks. Very easy to set up and she's great to work with. Answered all of my questions and took the time to familiarize me with the facility and associated procedures. I'd highly recommend her/them!”

“I love the location and people there. I a, often frustrated that there are no carts available at each door and my access code does not allow me to go upstairs to find one. Employees at the time were out for a break. I nearly broke my back.”

“Convenient, clean, safe and secure storage facility. East to access. The elevators are large and can handle two dolly's at once. The hallways and parking lot are clean and not littered with debris. There are no garbage receptacles there on purpose - no food or storage garbage onsite. I rented for two years and did not see or find bugs in my boxes.”

“Joeseph at SecureSpace in San Jose really saved me from a lot of grief. I was pressed for time, but he helped me get a unit at a great discount, and to finish all the paper work online , me in Ohio, and my new unit in San Jose California. They accepted my Drivers License via direct message and email, as well as the electronic signature for the lease. I am a happy camper :-) ...”
