“I arrived in on Sunday in desperation to find storage because every other storage facility was closed. Secure space was my only option nearest to me. Janelle was working that day and she was a HUGE help. She received me as if she had met me before. She comforted me right away in being able to help and provided the best service I've ever experienced in a storage facility. Thank you Janelle”

“I have never rented a unit from secure space before so I arrived at their location 30 minutes before closing. Janelle was warm and welcoming and took her time showing me around the property and different units that would best fit my needs. Janelle answered every question I had and explained everything to me. The property was very clean, which I was impressed with. Thank you for a great first impression”
