“We just rented three spaces at the Riverview location. Agent Janelle was a dream to work with through the entire process. The facility is very clean and well laid out. Also want to give kudos to the call center agent, Ora, for her excellent help when we reserved the units. Thank you to both!”

“I made a reservation online and then never followed up. I missed a few calls and Missy was great at follow up w/ specifics, which prompted me to get in once I was back in town. Janelle was so, so helpful while on-site! She managed to get me a unit that met my needs and best accommodated our organization. She also managed to get us a tax break since we’re a federally approved nonprofit along with several discounts I wasn’t even aware were available. It was such a quick, easy and smooth process we’re considering getting units in multiple cities throughout the state to store our event equipment. Highly recommend, thank you to the team on-site for not giving up on me and reminding me and thank you so very much Janelle for all of your personal help!”

“I have been using Secure Space storage for almost 2 years. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Lateafa and Leo go above and beyond to make sure tenant's needs are met. The only reservation I have is with regard to the ongoing construction. Hopefully this will be completed in the near future.”

“A move can be stressful, and ours has been. But Janelle and JoAnn have been amazing helping with a smile and encouragement in our move. They took some of the pressure off off, had our units waiting for us and answered all our questions in between and we're grateful. To top it off the prices are amazing, the units are clean and I feel confident leaving my items in the secure space.”
