“I gave a Google review but I am more than happy to submit another. This is a brand new, clean and beautiful facility. The facility is centrally located in downtown LA, units are reasonably price, and staff are very friendly and professional. I'm an elderly disabled veteran and Shanice went the extra mile to ensure everything was easily accessible for me. Great experience. I look forward to a long relationship with this business.”

“I usually do not write reviews but I had to today. I’ve been to a lot of businesses lately and I haven’t been impressed at all with the customer service I have experienced. But today that wasn’t the case because I deeply appreciated Nina’s desire to help. I needed what called emergency assistance for the situation I was in. I got what I needed and even received it with a smile! I’m happy with the cost, convenience, and especially with the service I received here today. Would definitely refer SecureSpace to anyone. Thank you Nina!”

“I heard Secure Space is looking into big expansion in 2024. And have begun eating up Public Storage facilities! I’d like to be involved in any way possible. Since I’m not a centa-millionaire yet, I will help out on the ground level. I was able to get a few units from the AMAZING 🥰 manager there, that runs the place by herself! Easy process, little paperwork, decent prices.”

“Came here from Utah looking for what I thought might be the impossible to get in my storage needs and she was able to help me very quick and give me the exact right sizes on two different storages and I had very limited time. And I was in there and out quicker than buying a Snickers at the gas station. Truly recommend this place they look for your needs and they'll fit it”
