“The leasing representative in the office is so very helpful and wonderful in most places you don’t find that anymore, but she’s pleasant. She’s helpful. She goes out of her way for you and definitely has an interest in what your needs are so I highly recommend this facility for that reason and I find that they’re one of the more reasonable places in the area.”

“So far, so good! I was able to easily book a unit online without having to call or talk to anyone (I don’t particularly like to talk to sales reps over the phone). I was able to pay and sign my lease online, autopay was applied to my account without me having to take extra steps. Within 24hrs I reserved a unit, checked in, and was loading up my unit. Every member of their staff has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and had great attitudes. Mckenna (hopefully spelled that right) checked me in and made my first visit a breeze. I was checked in and finished my first load up within 20 minutes. The place seems very secure and well maintained/clean.”

“My husband and I visit Secured space storage We had such a wonderful experience with Ofelia and all the staff Crystal also. They were friendly. They were bubbly, very personable. The place is very secure and very pristine clean. We went to see our unit and we love it. The lights stay on they don’t shut off and on they have cameras it’s very secure and we feel that we had such a great experience with secure space storage. The manager Ofelia was such a joy to talk to she told us and showed us our unit how to use the lock and it takes too long to break you can’t break into those locks at all. How nice and friendly and welcome she was so was Crystal, my husband and I feel very comfortable and confident that belongings will be safe and secured. No bugs nothing they clean them very well and on top of everything I think them both love the manager so much because we’ve met her to person very very personable, bubbly professional. We talked to Crystal on the phone and she was very lovely. Haven’t met her yet, but I will , I will write another review as we move into the unit and see how things go but we have full confident units. I seen a lot of units and nothing compared to them. Professionalism and cleanliness is absolutely a plus for us plus the security. Thank you very much Jeannie and Eddie Clark”
