“The gal who helped me went above and beyond what would be considered to be the standard level of customer service one would expect to receive. I had a bit of concern relating to renting a storage in general due to a past experience which was not a good one so I was not expecting this to be as pain-free and positive as it was and feel confident that it was the right choice”

“I had a very pleasant experience, the staff person looked me up as I had already paid for a unit, we went and looked at it and also another unit, which I upgraded to because it's a little larger. We then proceeded to fill out the necessary forms, and she explained everything in detail so there were no loose ends, she was very respectful, courteous and kind. I look forward to doing business with secure space in the future.”
