“Walked in expecting nothing great of service because of the area but to my avail Melissa greeted me with the biggest smile and hospitality I’ve ever been met with. Answered all of questions with ease and quick! Not once did she show any signs of having an attitude for the questions I had. Melissa made my experience incredibly easy and what seemed like a 5 minute process due to her delightful persona and myriad of information pertaining to the process of acquiring a storage room at this here facility. The process took around 25-30 minutes but Melissa definitely made it easy! Five STARS!”

“The facility is easy to get to, the unit options and prices reasonable and the 24/7 access incredibly convenient. You DO have to stop on site or pay in advance to secure your rez. Judith (on site) was helpful and kind—answered all of my questions and took the time to show me all of the building features. I like that they will refund me for the price of the lock once I show them that I have the same one they require, and while there are fees upfront (admin, approved lock, property insurance [unless you have your own that covers offsite rentals], with the discount I received (50% off the first two months) the promise they won’t raise the rent within the year, I feel good about bringing my stuff here for the next few months.”

“I moved my items in August 2 2025 and mid Afternoon and Billie was Absolutely Amazing. She showed me where the bathrooms are, also Where do I park my car and have a hand cart to drop off my items directly to my unit. Walk me directly in front of my unit and show me how to use the lock and key. She also gave me her card and the number directly to the store if I had any questions or need any help. Five star customer service all around! The unit is a great size for the price and I can’t wait to finish moving with the rest of my things and soon.”
