“Excellent customer service. Always on top of things. I came in to day find out about moving into a larger size space. Puna was so very patient with helping me as I went back and fourth looking around and trying to decide on the best location for parking, doors and close to my other space. Thank you secure storage!!”

“Great storage IMO! Very clean, easy access, simple instructions. I trust this facility with my personal goods. Very secure with storage access. Convenient flatbed for use at every entrance. Love the late storage access hours as well!!”

“Ms. D at the front desk was the best ever to buy a storage from! Very helpful. Gave me & a friend a water when it was hot outside & waived some fees to help me out. Definitely would recommend buying a storage from here! 10/10”

“I recently had an outstanding customer service experience with Dalia (Site Manager) & Cody (Customer Service) at SecureSpace Self Storage Facilities, and I couldn’t be more pleased! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and friendly attitude, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Dalia was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I found the perfect storage unit to meet my needs. She explained everything clearly, walked me through the facility, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Her professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive.
