"NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!\r\n\r\nHonestly I\u2019m sick of writing reviews about Securico\u2026.if I wasn\u2019t tied in to using them having already paid out a ridiculous amount of money on their cameras, I wouldn\u2019t go near them!!!\r\n\r\nHaving had the cameras for 6 years we decided to upgrade them. \u00a31200 later we\u2019re left with a wrongly positioned camera that shows absolutely nothing at night (really helpful for a security camera!)\r\n\r\nHaving complained on social media as the customer service is appalling and non existent once they have your money!! They finally come out to fix it. 2 grown men claim they are unable to reposition the camera and now have to book us in another day\u2026.not even the next day. \r\n\r\nIt seems existing customers mean nothing to Securico and just taking in money from new customers (who clearly don\u2019t know how unreliable and unprofessional you are) take president!\r\n\r\nYou claim the engineer today knew the camera was positioned incorrectly\u2026.yet the engineer that fitted it originally clearly didn\u2019t?! So may I suggest some more training for your engineers and certainly for your customer service department.\r\n\r\nIm at a loss for words at how diabolical your service actually is. Not even an apology on the phone and just the threat of \u2018let me speak or I\u2019ll terminate the call\u2019.\r\n\r\nIf this review saves even one customer from wasting their time and money it\u2019s worth it!\r\n\r\nI will await a manager to contact me to deal with my complaint directly"

"I was advised in advanced of the eta of the installers who arrived at the appointed time, the lead installer, a young man who knew exactly what was to be done, went about explaining why the modus operandi had to be done in the way he described it, as the work progressed, I knew why certain locations of the cameras had to be as he advised."

"Good Professional installers, had the recorder in the loft so incase of a break in, I would have the footage that is needed, very happy, out of all the CCTV quotes, securico was the lowest and they have a technical support team as well incase we have issues in the future."
