They finally come out to fix it. 2 grown men claim they are unable to reposition the camera and now have to book us in another day\u2026.not even the next day. \r\n\r\nIt seems existing customers mean nothing to Securico and just taking in money from new customers (who clearly don\u2019t know how unreliable and unprofessional you are) take president!\r\n\r\nYou claim the engineer today knew the camera was positioned incorrectly\u2026.yet the engineer that fitted it originally clearly didn\u2019t?! So may I suggest some more training for your engineers and certainly for your customer service department.\r\n\r\nIm at a loss for words at how diabolical your service actually is. Not even an apology on the phone and just the threat of \u2018let me speak or I\u2019ll terminate the call\u2019.\r\n\r\nIf this review saves even one customer from wasting their time and money it\u2019s worth it!\r\n\r\nI will await a manager to contact me to deal with my complaint directly"
