“It’s always a pleasure dealing with seedsman. It doesn’t matter if it’s the smallest order and there’s a discrepancy or it’s the largest order. They really go above and beyond. I’ve checked out the other companies and I find myself always back logged into my seedsman account. The variety of inventory and the denominations you can buy. Not to mention I just saw clones ready to ship as well. I always tell my friends and fellow growers if it’s not seedsman I don’t bother. Thanks for making it always making it right. 🫡🫡🫡🫡”

“I have only had three out of the ten germinate correctly and sprout. And 2 of those were freebies not even the seeds I ordered two was apple fritters and one was west coast O.G. the speacial queen number 1 and peyote gorilla never sprouted”

Many thanks for your review. We test seeds from all batches of seeds that we sell, and only release for sale seeds from batches that test over 95% germination, and work with all our suppliers to do the same so we are confident with the viability of the seeds we sell. This said these are live products and issues can occur. We recommend all people who have had issues follow the steps that our customer service agents recommend so that they can get compensated. “Shopping was easy on the site. Good info on different strains. Had some good 420 deals going and figuring out the different promotions was easy. Nice premium free seed gifts with my order as well. Payment was simple with my card and I received my seeds within the week. Very happy.”

“Unfortunately I paid around 50$ for 3 Zoap seeds and only two sprouted and are growing. The third one never grew. Very disappointing.”

Many thanks for your review. Sorry to hear you have had issues with our seeds. We, and our suppliers, test seeds from all batches we release and only sell seeds from batches that have tested over 95% germination so we are confident with the seeds we sell. That said these are live products so issues can occur. We deal with each on their own merit when customers get in touch through our customer service portal. Can you please do that please? “I ordered $70 worth of items from Seedsman. I am writing this review 17 full days after I placed my order. I still have not received my order! My order was shipped and returned to the sender by USPS and has been sitting for the past week. I’ve had minimal contact with support and the contact I have had failed to mention any reason for why my shipment never arrived, has not responded to my request to ship a new order, and has not made any effort to make the situation right. The absolute least I could ask for is my order to be expedited and there has been no initiative from anyone at Seedsman to get my order reshipped. You pride yourselves on quick customer care yet have failed at that every day for the past week.”
