The seeds arrive well and packaged nicely, the weed didn’t didn’t didnt grow. It’s never germinated. 😒

Ordering and delivering go without a hitch.And i've used seedsman for about five years. Recently , the sprouting rate of seeds has gone way down. Heated seed Mat in the soil in a paper towel.It doesn't matter.I'm getting more seeds that are not viable than I used to get.The results were better in the past.

Sadly, two of my package of seeds were destroyed in shipping. I don’t believe that this happened on purpose, but you might think about using padded envelopes so that the post office doesn’t stack stuff on top of them and ruin them. I have been in communication with you all regarding this concern and I’m hopeful that it will be rectified appropriately.

Ordering and delivery was fine but only two of 3 seeds sprouted. Had them in water until a nice tail developed planted them per instructions into fox farm ocean forest

Fast delivery and arrived well packaged. Only one seed germinated though. Put them both in a hydroponic system at the same time. Expensive seeds so one not germinating is irritating.

Had bad seeds from one of your vendors. You could only replace my seeds with your seeds not tithe vendor I wanted and paid for

Started 9 seeds from 3 different strains. In all three strains, 2 of the 3 seeds sprouted. A 66% germination rate. Not bad, but not great either. I was expecting better.

Shipping was fast great experience but have an issue with the product... I didn't realize the megamix packs were either sativa or indica when I ordered 2 of them. Ended up with all saliva seeds. Would have been nice to know I had to specify I wanted indica or when I ordered 2 packs seen on the site that the megamix packs were all one or the other not just a mix of strains. ... why would anyone want all sativa plants? Need to clarify this in the description on your site. When I purchased the 2 megamix packs it didn't say to specify . Just said 6 seeds of various strains . I figured that meant both indica and sativa mixed. Kinda bummed out as I can't afford to buy more seeds and now all I have is sativa strains ...

The tangie strain only germinated 1 seed out of 5!!! They were buy 5 get 5 free but a deal for seeds that won't germinate isn't much of a deal. The blue dream and blue cheese that I purchased on other hand had 100% success germination.

The ones I chose were Alaskan Purple and Peyote Wi-Fi. I was most excited for Peyote Wi-Fi, but the free Alaskan Do Si Do was also something to look forward to. Sadly, the Pryote Wi-Fi did not take. It took many days to germinate, then failed in the soil. I was going to buy more seeds, but I don’t technically need it. I thought they looked fun and I was excited to have a unique strain in the rotation this year. These things happen, so I am not upset! Bummed? A little. But I’m looking forward to seeing how Alaska Purple performs.

I still consider the website to be unnecessarily clumsy to navigate and to react rather slowly. I have also experienced several problems with the ordering process in the past (last time the website didn't show successful order placement, no order confirmation email was sent, items remained in the shopping cart, so I tried to repeat the order process several times, receiving error messages in return each time, only to find out later that every single failed attempt did indeed result in an individual order...WTF?). Also negative: Even after several complaints they still ship the seed packs loose in a plastic bag without any stuffing or stiffening material, resulting in crushed/damaged seed packaging every single time. Shipping could also be faster. But apart from that I'm happy with seedsman. The customer service reacted promptly and friendly to any inquiry I ever had and has solved every problem in the end. The seeds themselves have always been top notch. The selection and availability are also quite good and they frequently offer attractive discounts and freebies. So it's a bit of a mixed bag but overall could be much worse (as I have experienced with some other seed vendors). I would say there is a lot of potential for improvement but they are generally quite ok, if you are willing to accept the negatives mentioned above. I would still be happy to see them improve, so please take this review and rating as encouragement rather than scathing critique.
