Thanks very much for your review. I am surprised you have not heard back from us if you have submitted a ticket as we do reply to ALL tickets. Please submit another if you have had issues with our products. We do test all batches of seeds rigorously so we are very happy with the quality of the products we sell. .one seed sprouted so far the other 2 did not... I'm a tad bit disappointed. I guess u get what u pay for.

Please get in touch with our customer service department if you have had issues with our seeds. They will be very happy to help you. We do a lot of quality testing on our seeds and are super confident with their quality but also keen to keep customers happy. Best Seedsman

overall I guess it was good. I bought a batch to try and start my new tents and the germination rates left alot to be desired had 6 outta like 22 seeds never germinate at all. could be cause they were delivered in the cold maybe I dunno just wasn't fun as it costed alot but I guess that's life

Good website, prompt and accurate delivery. However, I had questions about the Mystery Seeds and sent you an email about it - I never got a response. So, lousy customer service. Update: I just got an email asking if I'd like to update my review. Why would I do that when I've still not gotten any reaction or response from my initial review. So, lousy customer service. Still.

Shipping was great, super fast and packaging was phenomenal. Only issue I had was that the plants came with gnats. I literally opened a clone box and multiple came flying out. For $185 I was expecting a lot better quality.

I’ve heard good things about the seeds from this sight. Unfortunately the first batch of seeds I ordered not a single one of them germinated.

After waiting three weeks while my order was stuck on processing, I contacted customer service. After exchanging a few emails(one response a day) They got it straightened out and the rep said he would throw in some freebies for the extra wait time. The original order was supposed to come with free plant labels and a marker. Instead it came with a coaster(which i already have from a previous order). The freebies for the wait time was a couple fem seeds and another coaster.

Took advantage of some discounts, Humbolt seeds company, ACE, Trilogene, Exotic. Trilogene (wonka's vineyard) tried 3 of 5 so far and 0% germination rate, same method, popped 6 of the other breeders and had 100% rate. Seedsman will send one packof "their" genetics as replacement.

Seedsman offered 3 free seeds with over a $ 50 order. My order was well over that amount. Did not receive the extra seeds and sent an email thru the AI bot asking why. Have not received an answer back in 2 weeks. Otherwise pleased with your products and service.

I understand that if I spend $50 or more that I would receive 3 free seeds didn’t happen. I spent $80 plus and didn’t get the free seeds.

Your catalog has everything I needed and was very pleased with that. I had trouble getting different shipping and billing addresses. Your system didn’t recognize my shipping address. That made it a frustrating experience but the seeds got here thanks.

Ordering at Seedsman was a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, I’m in the process of trying to get replacement seeds for my order as it didn’t arrive as expected. I’m thankful for Seedsman offering the delivery insurance option, but I do wish it was more transparent that I would only be covered for up to $100 in replacements since I ordered over $200 worth of goods.

I really don't want to put a bad review because I love the company and I know that things happen but I ordered 2 of the white widows and they are basically only 4 inches tall and everything else I planted on The Times in space so I think that maybe the white widow seeds that I had gotten or not any good PerhapsI really don't want to put a bad review because I love the company and I know that things happen but I ordered 2 of the white widows in the last order and planted them with their other sisters and they are only 4 inches tall on day 73 and everything else is soon much bigger and have been topped already. I am not even able to top the white widows so I think that maybe the seeds that I had gotten were maybe defunct Perhaps.
