The first year, every single seed came up. Last year, not a single seed came up. This year, none of my Dream Queens (6) came up, nor did the Moby Dick.

Seeds arrived well packaged & quickly but order was wrong. Customer service responded with the statement that they were resending but nothing was received. If it arrives I would increase rating.

Delivery was fast everything was easy checkout wise, they have a great selection just had problems with my seeds germinating

Ordering and shipping was good but the success rate for viable seedlings was only 60%. Not too happy with that.

Fast delivery for sure. I changed from another vendor to the seedsman because i couldnt get there seeds to grow. How ever....im exoeriencing the same issue with the seedsvfrom seedsman as well. I know im doin things correctly. Has anyone else having the same issues.?

seeds were (are) fine. I find it intrusive and unacceptable that, in order to get info on the seeds, you have to scan a code. After scanning siad code, you are asked to provide personal data and information. Why? Seedsman has my info. Just give me the raw data concerning the seeds that I paid for ON THE PACKAGE. I'll shop elsewhere in the future.

no complaints with seedsmans customer service, delivery, etc...but i think that seed banks should make sure what you buy is what you get, long story short, you buy 5 seeds of any seed, you will be lucky to get 2 plants the same, are they could all be different, thats the breeders, not the seed sellers

We have now started giving on the menu the generation of some of the strains that we have info for. This will enable those customers looking for more stable genetics to easily find ones that are.

My order was filled incorrectly. The WW was supposed to be photo not auto. Ive tried to call and cant even leave a message. I also cant get back to the info page for the original skunk to be sure what u sent is photo (not auto).

My experience shopping at seedsman wasn't as smooth as I had anticipated. When I tried to check out, a message saying that my order couldn't be fulfilled came up so I thought it didn't order and ended up ordering elsewhere. Then I got a bill. I reached out and customer service said that my money would be refunded and that they would ship me seeds for no charge. Then I was told the seeds I originally wanted were out of stock. I asked for them to pick out some seeds and shared my growing conditions, they picked out green crack. Those shipped but I didn't get the original promised refund. I haven't started the seeds yet so I can't speak on the quality at this time. I'm hopeful that the seeds will grow into good plants.

I can assure you that its not at all normal to have so many problems and most of our customers love our products and service. We are constantly bringing in better systems and practices to improve in everything we do. My cargo did not pass through customs. I bought it last year and it came in a ridiculous phone case. Is this secret cargo? I dissuaded 8 people who were going to buy it, this time we will buy it from the greenhouse company.

Ordered 3 seeds 2 of which are growing and thriving. The 3rd seed germinated with only 1 cotyledon. I emailed support 3 days ago asking if that’s normal for the strain or if not any suggestion. Still waiting for a response back.
