Keep having trouble getting signed in and no one to call or place order over phone or call to rectify sign in my #7724854826 Jim Hope to order again but site not letting me over and over to pay at checkout

Mixed feelings as a first time customer. Ordered my order on Friday at 5am before the 1pm cutoff for the weekend. Paid extra for insurance and priority shipping, though USPS priority comes standard with $100 insurance protection. Had tracking and update by end of day Friday and was in transit. I live in SE Michigan and my package was being processed at the Detroit distribution center Sunday afternoon, seeds expected Monday by 5pm. Well they went all the way to New York and then New Jersey to then finally get on Wednesday. I got the seeds at the end of the day but yeah, no more priority shipping, especially after short and "not our problem" message I got when nicely and politely inquiring via email. Totally understand they don't control the mail but very hands off response for a first time customer... Heck, choose different logistics for your business, not my problem but became mine after my order was delayed Lastly, the Moby Dick seeds I ordered never came up or grew, wasn't any error of mine since I'm seasoned and my Strawberry Gorilla went from seed to and inch out of soil in 48hrs. Ha, after the response on the shipping inquiry, I'm not even gonna bother inquiring about the failed seeds and further loss... I'm already two weeks into my other grow for the season, not starting anything else at this point. Probably won't order from Seedsman again.

Hi Jordan. I’m sorry to hear about the shipping delays and we're super sorry you felt like you weren't listened to. As you say we don't control the shipping and we cant choose who we ship with as most companies don't handle seeds. But we do care and we do help if seeds are not delivered. Likewise if you've had issues with seeds that you don't feel were your fault - please do get in touch with our customer service team. I didn’t receive exactly what was on my order. I ordered on the 420 sale and was suppose to receive in house genetics 3pk of feminized seed free and what came was a pack of another breeder and wasn’t feminized.

Everything came in a reasonable time the seeds I got didn’t germinate idk if it’s the seed or a error on my end only 2 did from the free mystery pack I got but I only ordered one seed the other 3 was free so hopefully if I do order some more I don’t have a problem with germination

The delivery was fast and accurated. However, I subitted a request for two seeds that did not germinate to no fault of my own.

I ordered 3 seeds (Whie Widow). Only 2 germinated. After planting only 1 grew. So far I'm not impressed. After this grow I will probably purchase seeds from another seller.

Was told I would receive a bonus seed with my order and did not. I was told after the fact that using my bonus points would negate my free seed. Also, of the 6 seeds I received only 3 were successful and they all were started the same way leading me to believe it was not error on my part. I won't buy again.

I ordered a 5-pack of seeds. One was a dud and did not germinate. Two produced healthy normal plants and two produced stunted, malformed plants. The last time I ordered, two seeds did not germinate. I am using high quality organic soils. I think this is my last time ordering from Seedsman.

My shopping experience was great strait forward and to the point easy checkout was great and they arrived in a timely manor But the germination rate wasn't that good I received 37 seeds in witch 14 did not pop that's not very good if you ask me

I got very small ones that 1 out of 3 might grow cause the other two didn't take this one has but it's fighting to grow just wish they could of been bigger seeds and not green and white so probably shop else were since I know these are seedlings that are hard to grow if you even can get them to start and if so it will take a year to even get three sets of leaves on them

I bought 3 seeds from seed man for around $80 I germinated the seeds along with my vegetable garden seeds most of my vegetable seeds sprouted but not any of the 3 marijuana seeds. Is there any chance that there is some sort of guarantee or replacement? Please let me know
