I have germinate 10 seeds and only got one plant.

I called to say one clone was not well right away. Was told essentially on day 5, tough. And if I didn’t send a pic on day 1 no help was available. Since it was trimmed before shipping I think they kne it was perishing. Will not use you again without you fixing this issue.

My order arrived in a decent amount of time but only 25% of my seeds have germinated from my first order. I purchased the BOGO promotional package and it seems like the seeds were a lower quality than I expected. I've done the same germination process with all the seeds I've grown and never had a problem until I ordered from you guys.

I ordered 5 Gorilla Runtz seeds bc I loved the last seeds I got from you guys (Purple Punch F1 fast) BUT I only received 3 seeds in my seed pack and I received 3 free autos but wanted photos so I complained especially about the missing seeds and you guys only sent me 3 more seeds and I thought that was very cheap for a massive seed bank especially someone who has been a loyal customer and love your genetics but I’ll probably go to Seed Supreme of Memphisto for my future grows Best regards, Sean Woodruff

We do test seeds from all batches of seeds that we offer for sale and only release seeds from batches that test over 95% germination, and request all our supplier maintain the same high standards. So we are very confident with the viability of the products we sell. This said they are live products and issues can happen so we ask anyone who has had issues and believe it was the seeds not them to contact our customer service team so we can look to rectify. Was very dissatisfied Tried contacting customer service several times waited 2 weeks never received my item even though it said delivered.Thev never fixed and I paid extra for insurance

You were advised that your order tracking shows as delivered status at your residence by USPS staff. I have only had three out of the ten germinate correctly and sprout. And 2 of those were freebies not even the seeds I ordered two was apple fritters and one was west coast O.G. the speacial queen number 1 and peyote gorilla never sprouted

We test seeds from all batches of seeds that we sell, and only release for sale seeds from batches that test over 95% germination, and work with all our suppliers to do the same so we are confident with the viability of the seeds we sell. This said these are live products and issues can occur. We recommend all people who have had issues follow the steps that our customer service agents recommend so that they can get compensated. Unfortunately I paid around 50$ for 3 Zoap seeds and only two sprouted and are growing. The third one never grew. Very disappointing.

We, and our suppliers, test seeds from all batches we release and only sell seeds from batches that have tested over 95% germination so we are confident with the seeds we sell. That said these are live products so issues can occur. We deal with each on their own merit when customers get in touch through our customer service portal. Can you please do that please? I ordered my seeds but after a week it said they were delivered and I never received it I filled a claim thru usps and was told I would b shipped a new order now im waiting on that hopefully soon

I tried to cancel my order with minutes of making it. Surprise!! Not able to contact customer service at all .. was 2 days before they responded finally by email. Surprise Again .. too late. Horrible dealing. Doesn't qualify as "service". I'm out 50+ dollars, and only one seed has germinated. Update, I have had one more seed .. so, two of the three have finally emerged. So, that's 66 % germination.

Everything went well but most did not germinate even the free replacement which wasn't even half of what didn't germinate still didn't I got two out of fifteen to germinate. Ended up ordering from royal queen seeds almost all germinated.

i did recieve the correct product after delay being shipped and a delay during shipping. Seedsman did not respond to any emails/chats (no working phone #) until after i resolved the shipping delay for them and the product tracking was showing as delivered, 14 days after ordering. a simple non-automated response would have kept a customer despite a less than great first order.

Ordered several varieties of seed. Was disappointed with the quality and 5 didn’t even germinate. Some seeds were so little and white. Something I would have never shipped to a customer
