Had two of the same order not germinate for me I don't know if maybe they are a little old I thought maybe it was me I had six Acapulco Gold seeds from another company a germinated them and all six sprouted and are growing good. I got to replace the first time with no questions asked the second time I understand not replacing them and just is a hard pill to swallow. Hell out of Ten seeds if they were viable I should have accidentally been able to get some to germinate.lol.

My first purchase was delivered a week late. I bought the cannakan. The heat pad on the cannakan does not work right it is roughly 20 degrees off. I emailed about it and never received a response back. My second purchase again was over a week late, I emailed and after the the second email I finally got a response making me sound like a anxious kid, which I didn't appreciate. I understand things happen, I understand you guys feel that since you mailed the order you did your job. But if your having a problem with a delivery service you should probably look for a more reliable delivery. If you advertise 3-5 day shipping then that's what it should be especially when your charging shipping. Based on reviews this is a common problem I wish I would of known prior. And customer service well that is just as important. A proper response to my emails probably would of change my outlook. I got quicker response from you guys on social media , just telling me that you only care when people are watching and could further effect your business. That's sad and bad business. There are a lot of reliable seed banks in the world. I bought a lot from a couple other banks and well my orders came early. Unfortunately you lost a customer. And future recommendations. Good luck and hope y'all make some adjustments.

The seeds were much better last year, but ever since about a year ago, they stop sprouting. I used to get all my seeds from them, but I will need to move on….alas

Not one of six seeds purchased germinated. This hasn't happened from purchases elsewhere.

I've ordered from seedsman 3 times, and my package has been late 3 times. I was overcharged once, however they did give me a few loyalty points for the inconvenience. Of they limit how many points you can actually use, but they did give me points. Genetics are fine once you get them, but it's a far better experience ordering directly from the breeder. Oh and, customer service is AI, no real person will ever actually help you. So overall, kinda lame.

Three out of the six seeds I purchased didn’t germinate/were a waste of money. I sent an email with pictures with no response. Never had this happen to me before purchasing seeds through a “trusted” website/seller.

Some seeds did not germinate if you bought from a breeder other than seedsmen they will not honor a replacement only to their seeds

Ordering was easy, arrived quickly. However of the 8 seeds only 3 germinated. Have years of experience growing and never had such a low germination rate. Last year of 8 seeds 5 germinated.

I called to say one clone was not well right away. Was told essentially on day 5, tough. And if I didn’t send a pic on day 1 no help was available. Since it was trimmed before shipping I think they kne it was perishing. Will not use you again without you fixing this issue.
