Only 4 of 13 seeds survived? Even the 4 are slow growing compared to my friends who purchased seed from another company and planted about the same time

My order was not correct, most of it was missing. You said to contact you about it in your response to my review. I did that over a week ago and have heard nothing.

Thanks very much for the review. We do test the batches of seeds which we sell and only release for sale seeds from batches that test over 95% germination. So we are confident with the quality of the products we sell. This said these are live products and customer competencies vary. All 3 of my Gelato seeds did not pop...= $30.00 down the drain! 6 others are good from 2 other strains. SUCKS!

I've dealt with seedsman several times and have had good results each time until this one. I've tried several times to contact the company with no results. I keep getting a message that I will be contacted. I haven't heard from them yet. I ordered 5 blue dream auto seeds and none of them popped/ germinated. I did my usual process of soaking them for 24 hours then putting them in a seed starter soil. No luck.

I didn't receive all of my seeds , I ended up getting 3 seeds for 117.00 . Finally got them to realize the problem and still no seeds

Most of the seeds if not ALL that I ordered were duds. overall seeds are very expensive. NOT a very happy customer.

Most of our clients comment on how well priced our seeds are. We can only presume you are not used to buying cannabis seeds. I would suggest that you look at germination advice on our website - there is some good information there. We test all the batches of seeds that we sell and only offer seeds for sales that test over 95% germination so we have very good confidence in our product quality. Best Seedsman

Only one of the 6 seeds germinated. I am an advanced grower with the tools and knowledge so I feel like the seeds weren't too good from the beginning. I've ordered from other companies and never had such a large failure in one batch. Would not order again due to the guarantee policy as well as the inability to replace them. Feel like i wasted $50.

Can have some good prices but the only seed bank or even online shop in the UK that adds VAT in checkout + has higher delivery fees than alternatives. The freebies have been the same for over a year and they call two of them limited edition. With my first order, they took multiple days to just dispatch it during which the website wasn't updating so I had to contact them to find out they took 4-5 days to just dispatch. My order arrives almost a week after they dispatched it because it was sent on the cheapest delivery. No stealth, basic as possible packaging. Even with this massive delay, they sent me the wrong freebie, thinking it was just a mistake I contacted them. They responded claiming that it is "clearly stated" during the shopping process: that they can change your chosen freebies, instead of just admitting it was a mistake. When I asked where it was stated they linked me to their Zendesk website, so no it wasn't stated during the shopping process and they just happily blatantly lied? It would be nice to just buy things and not spend hours reading every site's exploitative terms and conditions. Way after this I made a second order and of the two items one was completely wrong, so obviously they have issues just packing orders right and didn't even want to take responsibility for this when confronted before. Can't say I would recommend it based off the 100s of alternatives lol.

Thank you very much for this review. I believe the VAT should have changed now. That had slipped in from our US store where adding the VAT in the checkout is the norm. I hear you on freebies also and we are in the middle of changing how that all works. We hope it will make it much more interesting for all. But a LOT of our clients do still like things how they are now. Our apologies for other issues - we work constantly to improve all that we will do, and that process is never over. Only 3 of 5 gorilla auto seeds germinated. Wouldn’t buy again given the cost of the seeds and germination success

We do test all the seeds that we sell, and only release for sales seeds from batches that have tested at over 95% germination. I had high hopes when I made my order. I've been growing pot for 40 years. I know how to get seeds started. I liked your website and information, so I ordered two 5-packs of Blue Dream seeds, (which came quickly), planning on growing 4 plants plus one each of your bonus seeds, I am very disappointed that only ONE of all TEN Blue Dream seeds germinated. I've waited until now to reply, because I tried the first four, then three more, and then now the final three with only one viable seed. One each of my bonus seeds popped right away and are growing with my one Blue Dream. They are all doing great. I only have one growing season in my Arizona garage, so I cannot get more started at this later date, due to changing the photoperiod at only one time. I spent a lot of money for ONE intended plant. What can you do for me? Thank you.

Ordering was fine, delivery tracking was broken, and the seeds didn't pop at all. Now I'm out $37. And I'm not a novice at this, at least 10 years in the game.

I am sorry for any issues with our delivery. We are getting orders to customers in the USA in 2-7 days 95% of the time. Exceptions are normally the fault of USPS and we are here to sort. Best Seedsman
