I know I ordered during the holiday but my first order never arrived, now on Jan 6th a resend was dispatched and I have yet to get an update from the usps site. Says a sticker was made but has yet to be given to usps. I have no problems with the quality of your products I just feel like your in a poor usps area, cause Illinois is only a ten hr car ride it should be here in 3-5 days. This is the first time this has happened to me and I’ve been a seedsman customer since the UK days with postal money orders. It’s Jan 10th

Ordering was easy. Getting what I ordered, not so easy. My order was cancelled because Seedsman said my address was not a real postal address. When I typed my address into the postal verification app my address was good. After the screen shot of that site was sent to Seedsman, which I can only guess they totally ignored, and several emails back and forth my order was cancelled. Last year I had no problems. The strange thing was I had just received an order from them a week before this after going through the same ordeal. Apparently that time someone was interested in doing their job. I'll go to ILGM or Humbolt Seeds from now on. Not very good coustomer service. I wonder what you have to go through if you have a problem with their seeds?

First time buyer from these guys, very fasy shipping and great product catalogue but I cannot leave a full proper review at this time. 3 of the 6 seeds I purchased have faild to germanate under very controlled conditions, I will try to germanate the ballance of my seeds early next week, at that time I will leave a detailed review.

The site is easy to navigate and I've heard great things, however, that was not my experience. Out of 10 Original White Widow Auto seeds I purchased, only 2 germinated in vermiculite. The two that did grow were very sickly, 8 inch tall plants that produced .5 grams between both. Incredibly disappointed as I was led to believe this was where to buy me seeds. It may have been because the seeds were very small with only one of them having any striping. I've been growing for 6 years now and have my indoor conditions dialed in so it's unlikely due to that.

Received my order pretty fast, planted seeds in one of my aerogarden hydroponic systems...1 seed came up, the others did not. The one that did come up, Northern Lights, was deformed where the stalk basically cut the juices off to the rest of the plant. It died 4 days later. Not happy with my purchases.

This was my second order, the first one was filled quickly and I couldn't have been happier or more impressed, 5 stars all the way. My second order was delayed by well over a week and showed delivered because Seedsman assigned the same tracking number to my second order as the first. That was bothersome but I get it, mistakes happen. The problem was trying to get help to correct the issue. Chatting with an AI assistant was zero help, told me a ticket was created and someone would be in contact with me. That NEVER happened. Hire a human being for that position for goodness sake! If this is the kind of follow up service I can expect, not sure I will shop with you again. The clones arrived the other day, kind of out of the blue. I like your product, they seem healthy and vibrant, it's your customer service I find lacking

No issues with the ordering or delivery process. Only 1 of the seeds germinated though of the 5 I purchased (purple people eater). My freebies germinated no issue. Overall pretty disappointed.

I germinated these seeds alongside some from another seller and the difference was noticeable, the ones from seedsman either didn’t grow or grew oddly and eventually died while the others seem fine

Purchased 2 seed packets. One ended up being a BOGO. The one the system marked as free only had one seed start. But because it was free the is no guarantee for the seeds.

Ordering and delivery were simple and easy. Having said that, I bought a 3 pack of amnesia haze autos. 1 out of 3 sprouted and is growing great. Nothing on the other 3. Haven’t tried any of the others yet. I use root riot starters also.

I had spent 80 dollars on seeds that didnt germinate- I was then told I would get 2600 points which equals about 54 dollars- so I lost around 25 dollars- I know the agent did her job and did what was your policy but I as a customer got shafted- I was offered 5 seeds of certain kinds of seeds but asked if I could get 3 seeds of the Sensi Seeds Jack Herer but was denied

Bought seeds last week...have been growing my own guide awhile. Usually get mine from Seed Supreme.. Only 2 out of 6 GERMANATED....Think I'm going back to Seed Supreme
