False advertising , bought something labeled BOGOF and only received one item upon contacting support they changed the offer and started gaslighting me saying I didn’t spend enough money to meet the deal requirements ( that were never listed on the items page) if I was anyone that is new looking to get into growing or old customers of these guys I’d stop buying from them they don’t care about customers they are only money hungry.

My order was returned from customs, and I still don’t know what the status is or how to track it; I haven’t been informed about this.

I have been a customer for three years and this year I chose Green Crack and Amnesia Fast. Of these 10 seeds started indoors only one plant germinated. Waste of money bag seeds work better.

I can't directly blame seedsman.com. My order of clones arrived dead in the package. It may have been USPS fault for my loss

Three out of four of the clones I purchased died within days. I reached out on their from but haven’t gotten a response. I’m not pleased with the product I received.

I specifically selected a seed type that was labeled BOGO. I ordered a package of 3, so I should have received an extra 3 seeds. When I contacted Seedsman I was informed the seeds I chose were not included in their BOGO sale. I will not be ordering from them again.

When I ordered my green crack seed it said BOGO in the top left hand corner. I only received 0ne seed and when I reached out to yall I was told it was only for 3,6,and 10 packs. That should be stated under the BOGO logo like other websites. Then my seed never germinated. When I reached back out to yall I was told again that yall only replace 3,6, and 10 packs. I ended up spending like $25 for one seed that didn't sprout.

I only got one out of 6 seeds to even pop it is on life support. I ha e been growing for years and have never had that many fail unbeleavable. Im not one to be a complainer but this brought my grow to a stop.

Out of 20 purple oreo seeds, only 13 germinated.This is not acceptable by any means. I have been doing this for 20 years so I know what I am doing. Bad batch of expensive seeds. Will not buy from again.

Their customer service sucks. I had seeds that didnt sprout and they said cause i didnt do their methods i cant get the seeds refunded. Horrible service. Shop some where else

Ordering was easy. The deal was great I ordered 1 seed got the same type of seed for free the they tossed in another free seed which would be amazing if one of them popped. All 3 failed to germinate. I contacted customer support who told me I didn’t buy enough to justify them extending the germination guarantee so I guess I’m sol
