I bought a 5 seed pack and onl;yh one of them germinated. That is a pretty result for such expensive. I don't think I will be buying from you in the future

I do not recommend. I've been waiting for two weeks for the seeds to sprout, nothing for two weeks. Don't buy seeds from here.

I ordered seeds here before with no complaints, but this time was a terrible experience.ì order seeds and they came 5 days later but they forgot to put my apartment number on the package.so they sent them back to the company,I filed a ticket and it took a week to respond,and just so happen the seeds arrived at the company that day as well.so they finally respond and asked for the apartment number I gave it to them and another 5 days go by so I sent a email asking about my order and they told me they been chasing the warehouse about my order.so here we are 3 days later and still no word about my order.i live in Michigan and we have a short grow season and I'm afraid I'm going to miss my deadline to have the seeds outside. I recommend if you buy from here do it in advance cause.they take mad long. Also I recommend this company needs to get some live phone service with real operators to handle.situations like these.

I ordered products on Aprill 11th and still have not been notified that it has been shipped. I have recieved only ads from your company. What am I supposed to do? I have all of the reciepts from my last order so I am not sure what the issue is. Please contact me.

Worst customer service ever . First time ordering from Seedsman and will definitely be the last . The only way to communicate is by email and it takes a week for a response!! Very frustrating

My first time experience with this company was horrible. Never received my first order. Order was marked as delivered. When I reach out for support, I received non, instead I was told to do all the work in finding my order. This is the first company ive ever purchased something from and was told I must contact the post office and file a report with them. What kind of business do you have here? I purchased from you and paid you for insurance so I could receive my stuff but never did. Did not even offer me a refund. Seems like I got scammed!!! Very disappointed especially with all the good reviews this site has. I'm beginning to wonder if the reviews are bots generated!!

Thanks for your review. We only as customers to file a claim report when USPS says they have delivered to the correct address and the customer says they havent received it. We get a few people trying it on and this helps the process of getting customers sorted and weeding out those trying it on. We understand its not ideal. I was disappointed in the response I got when I said my seed never arrived I was told it was delivered so I have to go through another site to try and find it which was way more complicated I won't be purchasing from seedsman again

Hi, If you're order was not delivered you need to put a claim in with USPS and then show our customer service agent the claim number. They will then resend your order. I will escalate this ticket to a customer service agent who will get this sorted with you. Best Seedsman

I ordered seeds on March 25 and have not received them yet. The customer service phone line is not answered other than a recorded message. I have left messages that are not returned. Order arrived incomplete, customer service sucks, no response to email, no body answering the phones, you get told to leave a message, then get disconnected! Finally got a response 15 days after 3 more emails to cs that missing items would be shipped out, now it’s 7 days later and still have not received any notification that my items have shipped!! Stay away! This place sucks!!!

Tom, my order wasn’t shipped correctly. I ordered photo period seeds. You guys send me auto and it seems to be ok with you. Not one time has your company offered to make me happy about my order.

Three weeks after charging my CC over $100.00 you send me a survey asking how you're doing even though you haven't sent my seeds yet. Three weeks that I could have already had planted the seeds I already paid for. So as of now your service Sucks. Hopefully you'll do the right thing and send my damn seeds so I don't have to file charges for you stealing my money and stifling me.

My order was returned to sender and I still haven’t figured out why I have sent two emails and no one has gotten back to me except for the automated reply. They charged my bank account and they haven’t refunded me yet either.

Unfortunately this is the second time I have ordered product from this company and the second time all of the seeds did not grow. First time I ordered 6 and only 4 grew, they did send me a seed pack with 3 seeds but different type of flower. Second time only 2 out of 6 did not grow.

Ordering was easy delivery was quick but seed success leaves alot to be desired. This is the 2nd time ordering first time seeds success was average this time total disaster the seeds are not coming up I have had 4 plants come up out of 24 not good odds with no guarantee offered I will not be ordering again.
